- a fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a 140 cm bed
- a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer;
- a separate toilet.

🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas:
- a double bed on the mezzanine in the living room
- a sofa bed in the living room.


⭐ Travel in comfort with facilities present such as a TV, high speed wifi connection, kitchen facilities (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is also allowed on all our booking platforms.

📍 Located near the Place saint Bruno: "The other" City Centre of Grenoble, emblematic square of the city of Grenoble.
The Saint-Bruno market attracts a number of die-hard fans, in the morning from Tuesday to Sunday
Place Saint-Bruno is only a few minutes away from the train station and the city centre
You will find everything you need nearby , be it shops (supermarkets, bakeries, grocery shops...), brasseries, cafes, bars and restaurants with a wide choice of cuisines and prices.

🚌 Getting around:
You are close to the Saint Bruno stop (Trams A and B).
Discovering the city and the area can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
