Spacious, 60 square meter apartment with two bedrooms in a charming landhouse, situated in a quiet and popular neighbourhood within walking distance of the centre, beach and train station (700 meters). Includes sea view and a terrace (20 sq meter) with bioclimatic pergola and synthetic lawn. Ideal for two couples or a family with one or two children. Living room and kitchen on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the first floor. South and east exposure. Smart TV and Wifi available, and possibility to rent bed sheets.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, maison bien située et bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les propriétaires nous ont notamment mis à disposition tout le matériel de puériculture nécessaire pour faciliter notre séjour, merci encore !

Quelle belle découverte Maison très fonctionnelle, propre et aménagée avec goût. Une pépite que l’on aimerait garder pour soi mais que je conseille fortement. Location conforme à l'annonce et à nos attentes

Très bon accueil de Philippe et de son épouse, très arrangeants le jour de notre départ. Logement entièrement rénové, bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée, aucune nuisance sonore compte tenu d'une parfaite insonorisation des ouvertures. Nous recommandons vivement cette location proche de tout (centre ville, plage et commerce).

Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires à notre arrivée ! Leur gentillesse et leur sympathie nous ont mis tout de suite en confiance. Une belle maison très bien située et rénovée proche des commerces et des plages. Propreté irréprochable, jolie décoration, espace extérieur très agréable ! Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins avec nous.... Adresse à conserver 😍 Je recommande vivement cette location !
