You can park under the covered carport. Newly renovated 1 Queen Bed (& 1 Queen Size-Blow Up Serta Mattress), 1 Bath, & Kitchenette; Closet is Huge - Studio is 440 sq ft. with Flat Screen Smart TV (140 channels), Fiber Optic Wifi (150↓-165↑), Impact Windows, Fan/light, new A/C unit with remote, Desk w/ Chair and a fold up/down Table for eating with chairs, small Fridge, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Large Foreman Grill and electric Hot Plate Stove, Coffee Maker. The outside patio has just been renovated with new floor, table and chairs.

Cozy Stay for a busy trip

This property is extremely comfortable and was perfect for my wife and I. We were in town for a wedding and it was awesome having a safe place to keep our things. AC is great and we’d gladly stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay there and plan to go back, when I’m in the area. The place is nice, clean and modern and had everything I needed, for a weekend stay. Close to the beach and pretty much everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well.

Quick Trip

We needed a place to stay for a quick weekend trip to South Florida. The location was ideal and the area was very quiet. Also, the bed was comfortable, much better than the last hotel we stayed in.

Repeat stay!

This was our 2nd stay. Enjoyed our first stay, so booked again. And again enjoyed our stay. We had family nearby to visit. My husband and I with our medium size dog enjoyed our time at the VRBO and dog walking the neighborhood. A problem with the toilet. Owner fixed it in less than 1/2 hour. Great stay!
