Fancy a seaside getaway? Come and stay in this beautiful apartment located just a stone's throw from the beach and relax while admiring the sea from the magnificent terrace! You can walk or cycle to the town centre of Le Pouliguen, located less than a kilometre away, or take the seafront promenade, with an unobstructed view of the ocean, to reach the La Baule market or Avenue de Gaulle where you'll find shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and lovely boutiques. Beach establishments offer menus with iodine-flavoured delights, to be enjoyed with a drink with family or friends, feet in the sand! To vary the pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, enjoy ice cream or churros along the quays of Le Pouliguen.
80 m² sea view apartment, comfortable and fully equipped on the 1st floor with lift, located in La Baule-Escoublac which has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). It has three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom, one with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, one with bunk beds and another bathroom. Two bedrooms have sea views. You can also enjoy a beautiful sea view terrace equipped with garden furniture. As for the open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A television, washing machine, tumble dryer, high chair, travel cot, baby bath, iron and hairdryer are also available. Two outdoor parking spaces and a bicycle storage room in the building (without bicycle lending) complete this accommodation.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is located at:
- facing Benoit beach, accessible on foot without crossing a street due to immediate pedestrian embankment
