LES CAPELLANES Residence - Secured by a gate, come and discover this holiday home with a fenced, shaded courtyard that is not overlooked (equipped with garden furniture and a plancha grill).
This air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment with mezzanine is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
Living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), bedroom with window overlooking the courtyard (double bed and chest of drawers), shower room with toilet.
Upstairs:
An open mezzanine (with a window) with a 90 cm bed and, adjoining it, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, cupboard, washbasin and toilet.
The basic furnishings of this rental do not detract from the fact that you will have a pleasant holiday thanks to its location.
