Weekly rental (from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am)
2 * in the classification furnished tourism.
Charming house, stone, 90 m² semi-detached, a capacity of 6 people, near the beach of Rohaliguen, in Sarzeau.
The ground floor:
- Large living room: living room with 2 sofas, TV + a sofa bed for 2 places, dining room with extension table for 8 places,
- Large new equipped kitchen: combi fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, extractor, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso, juicer, blender ...
- A pantry / laundry room with washing machine, ironing board + iron, vacuum cleaner
- Separate WC with washbasin

The floor:
- Shower room: chest of drawers, hairdryer
- 1st bedroom: bed 140, shelves / wardrobe
- 2nd bedroom with two beds of 90, control on landing.
- Possibility cot for baby and high chair (on request).
- Separate WC.

NB: beds equipped with duvets (200x200 for bed 1 person and 240x220)
Outside:
- Terrace to the south: bistro table and 2 chairs
Garden shed for storing bicycles, windsurfing ...
- Parking on courtyard in front of the house to park one or two vehicles.
- North terrace and enclosed garden, very pleasant in all seasons; Sunbathing, garden furniture, parasol, clothesline and barbecue.

Splendid weather, landscapes, accommodation and food

Perfectly equipped house, close to beach, city and shopping facilities which are reachable by car or bike. The region is still not spoiled by excessive tourism and, if you are lucky with good weather like we were, the holiday can be very relaxing.

Deuxième séjour au Roaliguen chez Floriane toujours aussi agréable. Nous avons apprécié une nouvelle fois son écoute, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. L'équipement de la maison offre un très grand confort. Un patio permet de profiter de l'extérieur au calme. La proximité de la plage est un autre atout très appréciable. Et la presqu'île de Rhuys est magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement cette asresse.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Floriane. La maison pleine de charme est idéalement située à quelques minutes de la plage et de sentiers cotiers, dans un environnement très calme. Equipement et propreté au top. Un patio bien agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.

14 dagen op het ritme van het schiereiland Rhuys.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Floriane, die ons direct mee nam in haar gezellig ingerichte en pico bello in orde zijnde vakantiehuis. Bloemetjes uit de tuin op tafel, veel informatie beschikbaar, maar bovenal een ongelofelijk betrokken en vriendelijke gastvrouw. We hebben ondanks het soms Belgische weer heel erg genoten van de regio, van haar stranden en uitgestrekte baaien, van haar mooie weggetjes tussendoor die ons tijdens onze vele fiets- en wandeltochten een prachtig beeld gaven van de rijkdom van de streek. Een aantal tips : de zondagmarkt van Saint Ghildas, de eilanden Ile aux Moines en zeker la Belle Ile en Mer, het pittoreske Vannes, de omgeving rond het kasteel van Suscinio, en al afsluiter van de dag een pizza halen op de hoek…

Un merveilleux séjour!

Belle et charmante maison en pierre parfaitement rénovée et équipée. Idéale pour les séjours en famille, proche de la plage (600m), au calme et à 5-10mn en voiture des commerces. L’accueil de Floriane était juste parfait. La maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Nous reviendrons!

Vacances golfe du Morbihan

Très belle région. Pour les amoureux du vélo nombreuses pistes cyclables aux revêtements variés. Location au top. Rien a redire. Propreté nickel. Équipements de qualité. Intérieur fait avec beaucoup de goût. Petite cour intérieure très agréable. Le plus, un abri sécurisé pour les vélo. Floriane est une personne très accueillante. Merci pour les gâteaux bretons. Cela nous permettra de poursuivre un peu les vacances.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est confortable, propre et très bien équipée .Son emplacement est idéal et l'environnement est très calme. L'hôte est adorable et très disponible, nous avons apprécié ses petites attentions et sa réactivité pour répondre à nos questions.

Maison de vacances parfaite

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison toute neuve, moderne, lumineuse, propre et bien agencée. Cabane pour des vélos disponible, également des jeux de société en cas de mauvais temps. Situé au calme et à même pas 10 minutes de la plage et pour découvrir toute la belle presqu'île de Rhuys. En plus, l'hôte nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous avons apprécié ses recommandations, sa gentillesse et sa manière attentive. A recommander sans réserve!

Parfait

Très bonne accueil de Floriane la propriétaire qui à été aux petits soins pour nous. Très belle maison à l'état neuf, mobilier, équipement idem. maison très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Tout est très bien entretenu. La terrasse, devant la maison est très agréable, tout comme celle à l'arrière avec le barbecue et tout le confort nécessaire pour être dehors. La literie est très bonne, et le quartier est très calme. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds et pour ceux qui aime le vélo, il y a de quoi faire. Et question vélo, il y a un cabanon très pratique pour les ranger dans le jardin devant la maison, on en avait 3 et il y avait encore de la place. Bref le séjours était agréable dans cette belle maison, superbement équipée. Pour finir cerise sur le gâteau c'est le cas de le dire on a eu droit un un cadeau de départ de la part de Floriane la propriétaire (une belle boite de biscuit de la région). Merci Floriane et à bientôt.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans une belle maison bretonne La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a accueilli chaleureusement L’accès à la plage est très proche, il y a plein de balades à vélo ou à pied à faire Je recommande fortement !!
