A cool and pleasant place to stay with a pool outside and a mature gardenn

The house itself was delightful, close to the beach, but quiet and with a mature, very private garden and pool. There were plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and knives and forks etc. The bedrooms were airy and well ventilated and there were two toilets, a shower and a bath. There were gas rings with an electric cooker, BBQ, washing machine, dish washer, large fridge and freezer. We had some miscommunication, as we had asked to borrow a cot and high chair, which did not materialise, although we had been told the agent would sort this out. We also had not realised that we were expected to provide our own linen for the beds etc - it is possible that we missed this detail as the contract was in French, but the web page showed pictures of beds that were made up and a previous review mentioned good linen. We had already been told that the bikes and kayak mentioned on the web site would not be available, but were able to hire bikes nearby and some of the family also enjoyed a day sailing at a nearby centre. The garden and house were lovely and when the pool cover stoppped working, someone came straight out to look at it.

Idéalement située la maison est très jolie. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La piscine est un vrai plus et la plage très proche est vraiment top. Un très bon accueil de la conciergerie qui est disponible en cas de besoin.

Belle maison et jardin et emplacement près de la mer.

Très belle maison et jardin et top l'emplacement . Je recommande plus de propriété dans la globalité , à recoir avec votre agence . Et dommage pas de robot dans la piscine. Et pour le seevice du linge tres cher et pas de tapis de bain ni de torchons et serviette tout petite pour l enfant avec les lits à faire .

Great location.

Great location being walking distance to nice beach. Secluded garden with nice pool. House full of character with comfortable beds. Only downside is the basic kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Belle maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison bretonne. Idéalement située proche de l’océan et de Sarzeau. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du grand terrain ombragé. Nous saluons la ponctualité de la société de conciergerie lors de la remise des clés à l’arrivée et au départ.

Vacances en famille

Belle propriété (maison, terrain et piscine). Bien équipée. A 10 mn seulement à pieds de la plage (au rythme d'un enfant de 4 ans...). Un salon de jardin déplaçable à l'ombre des arbres en journée ou au soleil le soir serait un plus.

Delightful house but bathroom unusable

This is a charming property at which guests are free to make full use of the house and its contents. Lack of WiFi was a small negative. The pool and garden were a large positive. We were however very disappointed that a major leak from the en-suite bath running over the boiler and an electrical socket in the kitchen cupboard, reported on day one, was not repaired and all 6 of us had to use a single shower. This was a particular problem for one of our party who needs a daily bath to help with pain relief. The owner was made aware of this but refused to offer any compensation for this major shortfall.

Une maison très confortable , très bien équipée. Un espace extérieur jardin et piscine extrêmement agréable. Des prestations complémentaires ( vélo, linge..) parfaites avec un service de conciergerie très à l'écoute. Excellent
