Want to get away from all that’s going on in the world? Sanitized after each rental! Your dream vacation home is now available for rental. Incredible attention to detail throughout. Very close to multiple boat launches on the North Fork River, the White River and the crystal clear waters of Norfork Lake as well a grocery, bank, post office, 4 fantastic restaurants and 2 liquor stores that are open on Sunday. Hiking and ATV/UTV trails very close. Watch the eagles soar from your hot tub and fire pit on the bluff overlooking the river. Curl up on the sofa next to the fireplace and look out the wall of glass at the incredible natural scenery. Located on paved road... so NO gravel roads.

This was a super cute cottage with cool features throughout! We wish we would have brought marshmallow sticks and wood to make a fire. The hot tub is in a great spot with a great view, but only seats 2 comfortably. The host is very easy to communicate with. Very quick to respond to my questions. Also, very clean and maintained. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous home, beautiful view, kids absolutely loved loft area. Hot tub needed 24 hours to get to temp, so recommend setting temp as soon as you arrive.

We had a fabulous stay at Jon’s cabin! Perfect location near fantastic fishing, and the best spot for relaxation otherwise. Loved the huge deck, beautiful fire pit, and HUGE windows. Place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a week to relax

We had a wonderful stay. The Bald Eagles flying up and down the river were amazing to see! The beautiful home is well equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful location, handy to all of our favorite fishing spots, lake and both the White and Norfork rivers. It was decorated thoughtfully with many modern features that we had to learn about. very comfortable.

We love this vacation house except didn’t have access to the AC much it was set on certain temperatures on timers! That was irritating especially since it was extremely hot and the ceiling fans didn’t have remotes so those were not working so we literally had like 5 fans going upstairs for the kids. I felt bad for my daughter and her friends cause they said it stayed hot up there. And after long hot days out on the lake coming back to a hot house was not ideal. I would recommend letting guest know prior to coming that they do not have full access to the AC and that the ceiling fans that can help circulate some of the heat upstairs were not able to be on cause you had to order new remotes prior to us arriving! If we would have known all this prior we could have brought fans from home, could have rescheduled our dates so we would have all been comfortable. Other than this and not being able to enjoy the deck area and the hot-tub due to all the spiders! I would recommend having someone come and spray monthly for spiders cause I don’t think I’ve ever had such an experience fighting off spiders everywhere and if you walked outside at night on the back deck you will run into one and they are hard to see. Especially dangling above the hot tub. I would rent this vacation home again I would just ask more before arriving so I know what to bring. It’s a beautiful lovely house. I highly recommend! And you were wonderful host. Thank you

Thank you for your review! The thermostat csn Be tricky. We actuallt do not set any timers on the thermostat. This coild have been accidnelty done. We will also get with the pesticde company on having them spray more often.
