Come and enjoy "Sea-Esta"! This bright, beautiful, stunning oceanfront condo located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high-speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a guest room has two full beds. There is a full bath /shower in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower bath room in the hallway for easy guest access. The open concept floor plan has a modern updated kitchen with beautiful upgraded granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises from your balcony over the Gulf of Mexico or your evening cocktail while watching the sun set on another day in Paradise!

Price and location. Access to liquor store across the street and favorite restaurants within a mile and the best oyster bar restaurant across the street. The view from the balcony is gorgeous.

Great place to stay. No complaints except the weather! The first apartment we booked had to go through last minute repair work but Vic called me and immediately booked me in a bigger apartment in the same building at no extra cost. Thanks Vic for taking care of us. Apartment has great view of the beach as well as the city. The table for 4 in the balcony is great place to sip on a cup of coffee and enjoy the view !!

The condo was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation!

The location is supreme, the fact that there are two chairs of an umbrella waiting every morning for you to get to the beach is a huge plus. The decor is very nice, the pool was an added bonus after a hot day on the beach. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is directly across the street that has a large menu. We will definately be back, price is very reasonable.

The view from the balcony was beautiful! The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The condo was very conveniently located. There was a corner store and restaurant right across the street. Just steps away from the beach. It was a great stay.

Great property and location. A lot to do around the area. Quick access to the beach. The only negative is there isn’t a quarter machine in the laundromat downstairs and the washers only take quarters. It’s nearly impossible to exchange cash for quarters anywhere nearby so be sure to bring your own.

The location on the beach is fantastic and the beach chairs a huge deal! Loved having our chairs out each day!The place is clean and comfortable. The king mattress could be replaced as sags to the middle. Also think it wouldn’t hurt to give us an extra roll of toilet paper and more than 2 garbage bags. But, the location on the beach was superb and made up for everything.Would stay again!

Fantastic Place to Stay

We had a great time staying at this beautiful place on the beach! The host was kind and quick to answer any questions that I had. Good location with the beach right there, the hot tub was nice when it was chilly out, and walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner and drinks was nice. A great place and we would stay again.

While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

On the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from the world-famous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Bar there is no location any better! Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
