Vacation in a penthouse here at Regency Towers, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. With a beautiful view of the azure waters of the Gulf and snow white beaches this unit provides a true Pensacola Beach experience like no other. Witness your own personal Airshow when the Blue Angels, Coast Guard, or Air Force training planes fly by or watch pods of dolphins from the balcony. We are located on Santa Rosa Island, offering leisure and care-free living during your stay. Cradled between the tranquil waters of the Sound and Gulf, you are able to enjoy the serenity of island living; while being minutes from the conveniences extended by the mainland cities. The predominate southern breeze assures comfortable living and vacationing in any season with an array of outdoor activities such as sailing, charter boat fishing, tennis, hunting, swimming, golfing, scuba diving or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful coast, sun and surf! Enjoy the 50x25 ft. swimming pool, directly on the Gulf, shaded by two condominium towers. Join us and let your back yard be the soft, white, cool, sand of Pensacola Beach.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 3 Bikes for $400/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Pet friendly with a fee of $185 for each trained dog 45 pounds and under.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
**Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Beach view was great. Condo was little outdated in pictures and furnishings. King bed was not the greatest with some type of foam topping. Got morning sunrises from this condo balcony but not sunsets because of building angle. Had to pay bridge toll every time you crossed over to mainland. No grocery stores or Walmart on Pensacola Beach strip. Nice beach but probably won’t return to this area.

Property needs updates based on the price point. It could be outstanding considering it is ocean front and on the top floor. It has been a while since a fresh paint job. Outdoor furniture is well used.

Amazing Views, Beautiful & Peaceful Location

We visited for our anniversary and were traveling with our two small dogs. We were happy to find a spacious condo with amazing views located near two dog beaches. The condo complex is well maintained with a nice pool, tennis courts, plenty of parking, and a boardwalk to the most beautiful white sand beach I have seen. This unit is spacious with breathtaking views and a large balcony. The interior furniture is comfortable, yet a little dated with the dining table chairs missing a few cushions. The outdoor furniture is plentiful but some of it needs repair or replacement (dining table wobbles and one chair is broken). The balcony storage room smells moldy and needs cleaning, however we did find a beach umbrella in it that was useful. The kitchen is equipped with some dishes, lots of silverware, cutting boards, etc., however some of the silverware had food on it making me question how clean everything was. There is one champagne glass, few wine glasses, and coffee mugs. The cabinet under the kitchen sink needs cleaning. I opened one of the bathroom drawers and saw a roach scurry away. The floors did not feel clean at all. The only negative feedback we have is that the unit needs a deep cleaning and pest control. We rented paddle boards during our stay. We called the management company during business hours to ask if we could store the boards in the storage area near the lobby and they never returned our call. Overall great views but needs a deep clean & pest control.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Location is great, it’s in a quieter area but still close enough to all the restaurants and a great distance from dog beach. Balcony was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook (e.g., pots, pans). We would definitely stay again.

Property is older but nicely maintained. We didn’t have a big group - for 3 of us and 2 dogs, it worked well.

Amazing views

The condo views were fantastic! Enjoyed our stay. Condo could use an ice maker, and also an ice cream scoop! Overall, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Girls weekend on the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's location is fantastic! The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed being steps away from the beach and trolley stop. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were a breeze. I would recommend this property (Regency Towers) but not necessarily this unit. The unit itself could use some updates. For instance, the ice maker and water dispenser on fridge did not work. We made it work, but it would have been nice to know that going in. Also, it was pretty light on amenities and conveniences stocked within the actual unit. What I'm saying is... plan to buy your own ice, toilet paper, and anything else you might want. We had a lovely time and the unit was "fine," but I might have booked a different one if I had known about the state of this one.

Great view and location

This was our 2nd time at the Regency Towers. The view from the 8th floor condo was beautiful. It was unfortunate that the pool was not heated. Being March I knew the Gulf would be too cold to get in to, but we were hopeful that at least the pool would be heated, but it was ice cold as well. The condo could use some updating. The bed and sofa were extremely uncomfortable. The springs in the bed have seen there day. As soon as you sit on the bed, the mattress squishes to just a few inches. The sofa was the same. Both need replacing. For that reason, we would not stay in this condo again unless the bed and sofa were replaced. Other than that, the location on the beach was perfect. The weather did not cooperate while we were there, but the view never gets old, no matter the weather.

Not Recommended

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo not what we expected. Had water problem for 4 days before fixed. Beds need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Only had 2 chairs on balcony that was usable, for 4 people. Management brought 2 more. Had several issues and requested a partial refund, talked to management several times regarding this, was promised a return call, never happened. Over all not a good experience, would not recommend.

Fall get away

The property was overall clean, and ready for guest. The only problem we incurred was the last night there the elevators quit working. Also the air conditioning was very loud when it turned on.

Beautiful Ocean View

I liked this property because of its location close to the beach with easy access. This is a top floor unit with beautiful view of the ocean. The only complaint I had was that the getting pans need to be replaced as well as the plates.

Had to put my nose to the door to read the number. Also, there seemed to be a problem with air flow inside. The master bedroom was always several degrees warmer than the rest of the condo.
