No detail was overlooked in this professionally decorated studio at Pilot House located at the Village of Baytowne Wharf! Finding the perfect balance between comfort and style, this well-appointed ground floor studio condo features a king bed and a sitting area furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a 65" HDTV. Our kitchenette offers a mini refrigerator, a microwave oven, a Keurig coffee maker, a sink, and dishware. With plenty of outdoor seating, the walk-out patio and courtyard garden invite you to sit and relax awhile. This cozy studio condo comfortably sleeps 4.

For your convenience, our charming condo is service animal friendly and offers a fenced-in yard, perfect for your furry companions! Our unit also offers high-speed WIFI and complimentary tram service.

It’s all about location in the the Resort, and our studio is located on the ground floor of Pilot House, within walking distance to countless shopping and dining experiences, along with the many special events happening weekly at the resort. You will love being just steps away from the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex! In addition to the lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area, there is also a full exercise room available to our guests at no charge. Additionally, there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! Our cozy studio at Pilot House at the Baytowne Wharf is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation at the Resort.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great location!

We enjoyed the easy check in. The room was good for us. The location was very good. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but we were grateful to have it.

The overall stay and location are great. The room is ill-arranged, not as shown in the photo. It also is smaller than the pictures makes it appear online. Again, the location is great and if you aren't planning on staying in the room much then you will be good. If you need to do laundry, it's a disaster experience. Half of our towels were soured under the cabinet and the washing machines are all the way across the property on the 5th floor and with only one elevator on that sode of the property, it took forever because so many people were checking out that day. Once I got to the laundry room, the machines only take quarters and there is no change machine. I walked the entire Wharf property and no one will give you change. About three hours out of my day were taken up doing one load of laundry.

Reviewer Comments: The room was very beautiful and calm, extremely close to all the Wharf shops, restaurants, etc. We normally stay where we have a kitchen, but this only has a microwave and small refrigerator. Somehow, this didn't register until right before we left. In future, we will only stay where there's a kitchen, because it's SOOOOO expensive to eat out in this area. The pool was DIVINE and we ended up having to stay there pretty much the whole time. The beach tram was very convenient, but the beach had so many people on it, we only went one day. As much as we loved our cozy, comfy room and the fun village, we would not recommend this environment for true beach lovers.

Amazing location!!

My husband and I, and our two kids loved our stay here!! It was incredibly easy to walk out of the pilot house to get to the village, which is where all of the events are held and they have great activities there for families. We drove to the beach and parked. We prefer this with small kids rather than taking the tram. The parking lot to the beach access is maybe a minute walk to beach. The pool on the 3rd floor that we had access to was amazing. The wading pool was perfect for the kids to splash in while parents relaxed. The big pool was 4ft max, which was nice for us with kids. We had a blast. Denise was so easy to communicate with. Directions were very clear and made finding everything easy. The bed was so comfortable, too!! Keep in mind this room does NOT have a full kitchen. We stopped at the Whole Foods nearby in our way in and got microwavable foods and items that didn’t need to be cooked. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Plus, we ate out most of the time in the village.

Main Facility Nice

Cockroaches in room. Manager called exterminators ,but problem persisted. Setup in room very crowded and rundown. Outside to patio unkept. The main facility is nice but this unit need serious changes.

Good price for distance

Great location is key and convenient walking to shops and restaurants. I would like to note that we checked in early - I assumed it was ready since we were sent the code prior to 4pm and we arrived a little after lunch. Went straight to room with code but there was an error with lock maybe it was dead maintenance had to come unlock then replace it while we were unloading with all of our kids so that was a bit much . However the owner or manager came by to check on us BAREFOOT in our room - most probably wouldn’t think anything about it but I have babies that play and eat off the floor .. secondly we assumed room was clean it smelled nice but upon further stay we found DIRTY underwear under our bed that were NOT ours and food dust under bed and couch bed. I would think housekeeping would use a swiffer to clean under those places between each guest ? Great price for location and quick getaway before school starts back.

There were several roaches in our room

We called the property and they came and sprayed but we still found roaches every night in the bathroom and on the floors. Hard to spend this kind of money on a trip and then have to deal with bugs.

Room is run down

We left after the first night. Our booking was for 2 nights but ended up staying at another location the second night; with no refund. The area is beautiful; but the room is not worth the price. The bed is old and lumpy; woke up with a sore back. There is hardly any water pressure in the shower. Spiders and cockroaches in the room and the air filter for the air condition unit was dirty and wrecked havoc with my sinuses. Cute decorations do not make up for a run down building. The property manager was not helpful. Her concern was not giving us a refund. We Do not reccommend this room to anyone.

Great location

The studio had everything we needed for a weekend away & the shopping / dining right next door was wonderful. Great amenities & easy checkin. If you don’t mind having to drive to the beach, which we didn’t, great place for a couple to stay.
