We absolutely loved the location and all of the amenities. The unit was stocked with both coffee and tea and the fridge and pantry had many condiments and staples that we didn’t have to go out and buy. Having three full baths was helpful for the eight of us who stayed there. We will definitely rent there again if we make it back to Washington sometime soon.

It doesn’t get better than staying at Adam’s beautiful home. It has every amenity you can imagine. It’s in the perfect location for walking and hiking but you don’t even have to leave the house to enjoy the luxury. Adam answered all my questions in a timely manner and all my expectations were not just met but exceeded. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We booked the property for out of town guests that were coming in for a milestone birthday celebration. The property is exactly as advertised, close to Bellevue, but feels secluded. Great views of the golf course cannot be beat. Everything was clean and functional. Easy check-in/ check-out process. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for four nights in August, and it was perfect for our large family. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to do.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and made it easy to cook for a large gathering. The house was surrounded by lovely trees and greenery giving a real sense of privacy. The living room has huge windows and it as well as the deck have scenic views overlooking a really nice golf course. Every bed was very comfortable, and the extra amenities made the stay even more special. Adam was an excellent host: responsive, helpful, and gracious enough to accommodate an early check-in. I could go on about how lovely this home is. We had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return.

A Peachful Oasis in the big City!

The house was beautiful and the outdorr areas and views even better. I've never seen any rental more stocked with everything you might possibly need, from toiletries, linens, electronics, fully stocked kitchen and more.

Stayed the weekend with family while visiting Bellevue. Place was perfect for us, plenty of room, tastefully appointed, and very convenient to downtown area. would definitely choose again should opportunity arise.

Beautiful

This property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice, the house was super clean and Adam was an awesome host! It has a lot of space and enough activities in the house that we didn’t even end up staying out at bars. We would love to stay again next time we’re in town!

Relaxing and spacious!

This property had everything we needed for a family of four and could have accommodated a few more family members if need be. Location was perfect for our soccer tournament along with venturing to the city or exploring nature on hikes nearby. House was super clean and felt well cared for from all angles. We will definitely book again if we come back to Seattle!

Family Cruise

Our stay at the property was an excellent experience. The family was very comfortable with the room and amenities available at the property. The host was very accommodating and provide access to every imaginable need for all of the guests. The stay prior to our family Alaska cruise was very relaxing and allowed us to have a fantastic trip to Seattle. I would definitely stay at this location in the future.

Love the house. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do in downtown Seattle and at the waterfall area. It was big enough for the six of us and very comfortable. Adam was great to work with very responsive to anything we needed. Also leaving us the wine and the chocolate was a very lovely gesture. Would stay there again if ever in Seattle again.
