It is on the quiet, west facing side of the building, with gorgeous partial views from the patio from the 4th floor. There are custom tile floors throughout. The fully appointed living room with 55” tv, sleeper sofa and matching club chairs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile work and all of the pots, pans and utensils you need for cooking. Our stay was wonderful at Ft. Walton! The condo was perfect for us to relax at night after a long fun day at the beach or pool! The host was great at communicating everything going on, and even supplied a new toaster for us the same day I mentioned it (even though it was user error lol). Would definitely recommend staying here for a great getaway

The condo room its self was great! Clean and everything as described! This is not the hosts fault but the elevator was terrible, no AC, fan or any type of air through it and a couple days into our stay the elevator smelled horrible and stayed that way for a few more days before the carpet was switched.

Summer stay at our favorite beach

Our family previously owned a condo at island princess so we knew the property well. We enjoyed this condo. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We really appreciated the extra cooler that was provided to use. Overall we had a great trip and are looking forward to booking again next summer.

Wonderful place to stay

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Access to beach was easy and having umbrella and chair rentals included was greatly appreciated. Location was good, unfortunately road construction on 98 made things a little difficult but had nothing to do with the property
