Our pool view unit offers 1300 square feet, freshly painted, three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the convenient first floor with direct pool and beach access. No elevators! No streets to cross. We have a free assigned parking spot steps from the front door and free general parking on the second level. There is a huge fenced patio and private gate with room to observe the kids swimming, while you enjoy a meal or lounging by the pool. Our pool is heated seasonally and has a hot tub. Island Princess has FREE daily beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) from March 1st-October 31st for guest use. Extra sets are available to rent from the beach attendants.
A small cooler is provided for your use to take snacks to the beach. Enjoy the sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island with some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!
Inside, the unit has been updated with new beds, flooring, stainless appliances, blackout draperies, paint, countertops, cabinets and new linens. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms and a set of twin beds in the third, along with a sleeper sofa. You can sleep six adults and two SMALL children comfortably. The three full bathrooms have shower/tub combination and adjoin each bedroom. Each bedroom has a television and there’s a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully remodeled with all new cabinets, countertops and well stocked for cooking with brand new stainless appliances. We include both Keurig and regular coffee makers. The dining table seats six, and extra seating at the large breakfast bar. We provide starter supplies of paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, bar soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.
There is an exercise room on the property and a grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills. Due to severe allergies, there are no pets of any kind allowed! Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the patio or in the unit. Exceeding the number of adults is against house rules. We do not rent to persons under twenty five unless accompanied by parents. Island Princess is only 20 minutes from the Destin/Ft. Walton airport (VPS), and only 7 miles from downtown Destin. There are many excellent restaurants, shopping and family friendly places to visit in the area. We hope you choose us for your vacation!
