Charmant chalet romantique sur la plage de Yacht Harbor

Charmant designer d'intérieur Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage Environ 700 m². Ft. Environ. 3 minutes ou 2 1/4 blocs à Twin Lakes Beach, le port, le restaurant Crows Nest et d'autres restaurants du port et activités de plein air.

La maison est un cottage de deux chambres à coucher avec une plage et une grande lumière orientée plein sud. Il y a une chambre principale avec un lit queen, une commode, une télévision et une literie de luxe. Une chambre d'hôtes avec deux lits jumeaux (peut demander un roi) i et une télévision à écran plat. Une salle de bain avec douche et serviettes abondantes. Le salon peut accueillir 6 personnes avec TV, lecteur DVD et un mobilier confortable en duvet. Enfin, la petite cuisine complète avec un coin confortable peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

Il y a trois zones de sièges en briques extérieures, y compris les cours arrière et avant avec deux lampes chauffantes, un barbecue, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et un bain à remous pour le plaisir extérieur. La cour arrière est entourée de hautes haies et d'une belle roseraie. L'arrière-cour et l'avant sont fermés pour plus d'intimité et de commodité pour vous et vos animaux de compagnie.

The host was responsive with my questions and instructions on arrival and departure. The neighborhood is quiet with good restaurants nearby and you can be on the beach within a five minute walk. Parking out front, a charming little backyard and stars at night. It was great.

The host was welcoming and had good communication. The cottage has such character and is in a perfect location for morning walks to the harbor. The backyard and hot tub truly add to the experience. We will be back!

Loved staying at this cottage! The location was fantastic and our dogs loved the fenced front and back yard. This was a very character filled older property and we love that, and we definitely hope to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect! Close to UCSC, beaches, shopping & restaurants. The cottage itself is really cute with a beautiful outdoor area where we enjoyed our meals. The bedrooms were very comfortable and worked for our family. We will definitely visit again!

Excellent communication with Jason during our stay. Had a few questions on the operation of the hot tub and he was quick with a response. While small, it was enough room for the 3 of us (2 adults & 1 teen). It was great that the TV had all the streaming options. Cottage is close to town and easily to navigate. It was great to have a designated parking space in front of the cottage. Hot tub was great. Probably the only thing that might have been nice would be air conditioning. There was a heat wave going on (90's) and it was HOT until it cooled off in the evenings. There were some fans that helped a bit, but the heat was something that took a bit to get used to. All in all, a nice stay!

Amazing location!!! It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and harbor. Very clean home. Kitchen has all you need to prepare a nice meal. Backyard was lovely. Owner was great at communicating. Parking is easy and right in front of home. The kitchen is a galley style, which is long and narrow, but still functional for preparing meals. There is only 1 heater for the entire home on the wall (no central heat) but it did a great job of heating the whole house as long as the doors were all open. Overall, a pleasant stay, and we would recommend it for those who don’t mind these small details.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Eileen and Jason’s beautiful home! The house has such a charming and welcoming feel. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from the beach and great restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Eileen and Jason were wonderful hosts. Very friendly, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great stay! We enjoyed the cottage. Very close to twin lakes beach. The road was closed for us to easily access the boardwalk so we did have to drive further. The couch seemed very worn out. Everything else was great.
