Casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños cabaña de playa a sólo 3 cuadras de Twin Lakes State Beach. La cocina está bien equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocción. El salón tiene una chimenea, un sofá cama de matrimonio y una televisión inteligente. El dormitorio principal tiene una reina de TV y baño con bañera, ducha y lavandería. 2 º dormitorio tiene un gemelo sobre litera completa. El segundo baño tiene una gran ducha. Todas las sábanas, toallas y wifi.

Cuidadosamente diseñada y completamente cerrado patio delantero con sillones en la cubierta, asador a gas, hamaca en el jardín, chimenea al aire libre, y gran mesa de comedor de teca en el patio. ducha al aire libre tropical con agua tibia. Se ofrecen sillas de playa, neveras y sombrillas de playa, todo lo que necesita es traer su traje de baño.

La casa está cerca del puerto deportivo y el restaurante El nido del cuervo, y la distancia a pie del paseo marítimo. Está situado al final de la calle con un montón de aparcamiento y la privacidad. Another fabulous stay at Kim and Pam’s house! They have everything needed for a comfortable and fun beach vacation in Santa Cruz. We appreciate the cleanliness of the house as well as the extra comfortable beds, abundance of beach towels, use of the washer and dryer, proximity to the beach, and the relaxing yard with it’s cozy hammock. We were able to bring our pup this time and he loved it! Kim even connected us to a sweet dog sitter who cared for and walked our pup so that we could go to the Monterey Aquarium for the day. Kim and Pam do an excellent job of communicating and are generous in offering information about local activities. Our family usually likes to vacation in different places but all four of us agree that we would love to stay here at least once a year!

This house is the absolute cutest!!!! Super clean. Perfect location. The yard was absolutely the coolest part. It allowed our family to spread out and truly enjoy the sea air. Oh, and they even had a beach wagon and chairs!! (A huge plus because ours didn’t fit in the mini van. lol) We will 100% be back. This is the perfect beach rental.

Amazing vacation

Great house!! Great location!! Wow! The owners of this vacation rental really put thought into their home! This house was so clean, so comfortable and was beyond stocked with all your needs in mind. EXCELLENT experience!! We have stayed in several VRBO properties, but this one EXCEEDED our expectations! We will definitely stay there again! This house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. Just perfect! You didn't know you were in a busy beach location. The yard was lovely with a cool MCM firepit! Great memories made there!! Highly recommend!! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Kim and Pam were great! Very kind and thoughtful, even down to special treats for our fur baby! Thank you both!! Bill and Jen

Fantastic rental!

We love this rental! It was the second time we visited Santa Cruz. It is a 10 and we highly recommend it!It is a nice quiet place with a fenced-in yard for our little dog. The Hosts have thought about everything!!

Break from Winter

The cottage was really thoughtfully put together. And very well stocked with things that made it very comfortable. Instructions about how to use things ie: fireplace/a/c/patio lights etc were clear and everything worked perfectly. I loved the privacy of the yard and spent a good amount of time on the front porch. All in all it was lovely

A great place to explore the Monterey Bay region

We spent a month at the house in early 2025 to get out of the Midwest cold. The house met all our expectations and needs.Checkin was a breeze and the hosts included a welcoming gift for us and the dog.The house was as described and comfortable. The bed in the main bedroom was comfy and the bathrooms had all amenities needed.We (especially the dog) enjoyed the fenced in yard. The hammock, deck, grill, and firepit were all handy and functional albeit a little cold for the season of our stay.The beach is 3 blocks down the street, Plenty of area to walk and the dog to chase balls and waves. The Harbor is a also a fun place to walk and see all the ships and sailboats. We heard seals but didn't see them.All in all, the house was perfect for our needs.

Lovely cottage for friends & family, and dog friendly

Great spot. Super clean. Enjoyed the fenced in yard for the pups. Lots of nice amenities, plenty of towels, wood for the outdoor fireplace. Extra nice touch was the dog treats and wine as a welcome. Highly recommend.

Quiet and cozy cottage

This is our second time at the beach cottage and our family & doggy love it! Our Aussie loves spending time in the fenced yard following all the squirrels. We love it because it is cozy, well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend.

Awesome rental!

We had a great time in Santa Cruz! This is a cute little cottage! It is at the end of a dead end street which made it really quiet and peaceful. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog. The interior is decorated with a beautiful beach theme. The attention to detail makes this place above any other rental. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The hosts have a large notebook in the cottage with information on restaurants, things to do, maps as well as all the different beaches. I had never been to Santa Cruz and found this very helpful. We would highly recommend this beach cottage!

Great spot!

I don't want to hype this place too much because I love it and plan to go back again. 🙂♥️ I stayed a few days with just myself and my little dog the first time, I went. And then came back with my sister & nephew. First stay the hosts left a bottle of wine for me and treats for my dog. I was able to stay again with my sister. This time they left a complete s'mores kit which we enjoyed. Great spot. Super convenient. Will definitely be back. :)

Perfect!

This was our first time visiting Santa Cruz. We loved this little house with privacy and fenced in yard for our dog. Standing at the end of the street you can see the beach. This is one of our favorite vacation rentals.

Home away from home-plus!

We were blown away by the attention to detail of this place! From the welcome wine, and dog treats to the abundance of luxurious towels/linens. Nothing was missing! Even the outdoor fire was ready to go! It is stylishly appointed and extremely comfortable! Loved every bit of being there!!

Cute cottage near the harbor

Very clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect spot for me and my small dog for a long weekend. I'm already back here again now with my sister and nephew for his fall school break. :) Really nice hosts, they left wine for my first stay and treats for the dog. I will be staying again.

Perfect Santa Cruz Hide-Away

Three blocks from the Twin Lakes Beach, less than a mile from The Boardwalk and Seabright Beach ... all really walkable. Hidden away at the end of a short dead end street. Far enough from the Main street to be quiet but also close enough to hop onto with ease. Very pet friendly, especially with the enclosed front yard. Very nice place to stay.
