La Suite D'elie - Marions
Located in the heart of the Landes Girondines, between forest and countryside, La Suite d'Elie welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Housed in a former 16th-century lumberjack's house, set on a vast plot of land surrounded by pine forest, it will charm you with its authenticity and traditional character while offering modern comforts to ensure a successful stay. You can enjoy the peaceful, pleasant setting and relax in the swimming pool, open from June to mid-September, heated on request depending on weather conditions, excluding July and August (8x4m with a depth of 1.50m). You have access to a large covered terrace, a bowling alley, a children's climbing dome, a wild rugby-football pitch, a swing, and a games area with a billiards table, ping-pong table, and darts (an unheated space semi-open to the outside with roller shutters). On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace opening onto a large living room with a dining area and a large lounge, a bedroom with a double bed, a family bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an antique baby bed with a shower room, a bathroom with a large double shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a children's bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A sixth bedroom, accessible from the play area, is equipped with a double bed and has a small private shower room open to the bedroom and an adjoining separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with oil-fired central heating on the ground floor and reversible air conditioning upstairs. Housekeeping, sheets, tea towels, firewood, and electric vehicle hookup are included. Towel rental available. Wi-Fi. Built-in barbecue. Casteljaloux lake and thermal baths are 15 km away. Shops are located in Grignols, 6 km away. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating.
