This semi detached old farmhouse has a big lovely garden planted with trees and flowers with a children swing and tennis table. Alongside it runs a little stream and a cycling path is very close by. Thermal baths only 40 km away. Ground floor : fitted kitchen (microwave), dining room/ lounge, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), shower room/ wc. Upper floor : 1 spacious bedroom/ mezzanine with 2 beds (120 & 90 ), wc. Electrical heating. Possibility to rent sheets and bathroom linen. Kitchen linen provided for free. House-cleaning provided in option. Bikes available with deposit. First lot of logs offered. Possible internet access and land telephone line in owner's house.
