Located at the crossroads of the Entre-deux-mers and Sauternais vineyards, old winegrower's house entirely independent opening onto the surrounding vineyards, semi-enclosed garden, garage, a South terrace and a South-West terrace, garden furniture, outdoor sofa, barbecue. Cycle path 2 km away. Children's games: Lego, scooter, pétanque games... Large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, fireplace insert, television, DVD player, washing machine in the garage adjoining the living room. Two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom, separate toilet. Electric heating. Possibility of renting sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning package and wood (by wheelbarrow) at an additional cost. Tourist tax at an additional cost. Kitchen linen provided. At the crossroads of the Entre Deux Mers and Sauternes vineyards, a stay to be savoured!
