Close to the famous medieval town of Saint-Émilion, the house is located in the locality of Jamard, offering tranquility surrounded by vineyards. Whether you're a wine lover or not, come and enjoy this renovated house with family or friends, featuring a private, enclosed garden with no overlooked views. The ground floor of the gîte features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a separate living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bathroom/WC. Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom (140 x 200 cm bed) with its adjoining and semi-partitioned shower room / WC, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding vineyard. The accommodation has gas heating (extra charge from January 1 to April 26 and from October 1 to December 31). Wifi internet access. For a simple stay, you can rent sheets and towels (paid services).
