A Lovely stay in San Cyr Sur Mer
When we arrived at this property having rented many in previous years we new what standards we expected, the property was clean sparsely furnished no TV or WI-FI there wasn’t even towels provided which wasn’t even mentioned in the lightly described advert on the site. We had a surprise for the first three nights where the pool is fitted with a safety motion sensor which decided to go off every night after it continued we took the times down that it did go off and they were frequent, we got in touch with the owner who told us how to deactivate to stop it as it really was annoying and distrupting our sleep. We believe it needed a new battery change to rectify this issue. The property owner has two separate property’s on site who rent out on the land so we had to share parking but pool was private which was good.
We had the local high winds on arrivals and after a few use of the pool algae started to appear and we had to stop using it until the pool man sorted the problem.
All in all a generally good stay after the faults were rectified and calls made to owner to sort the problems we had out. I do feel the advert is not detailed enough and does not explain what you get and don’t get at this property which was a surprise on arrival having disconnected tv and even a Wi-Fi router disconnected so amenities were limited at this property.
