Beautiful 2 story luxury home in an upscale area!

TRENDY 2 story home close to all the beauty Vintage Park Houston has to offer. Enjoy sitting on the patio under the umbrella with your friends or family. Home has several TVs, WIFI, cookware, secured garage with much more amenities within the home. Neighborhood has a community pool, ample walking space, and a gorgeous lake with water fountain. Before your visit rest assured that the home has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Easy access to Vintage Park, The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress.

Absolutely no parties the street the house is located on does have police officers that live on it.

CAR RENTAL: If you want a rental vehicle for your trip. I have one that you may rent separately via Turo, just let me know if it is needed and I can send you the needed information for you to book it if I have the vehicle available for your dates. The vehicle can either be waiting for you in the garage of the home or by the airport.

Would suggest putting more towels and wash cloths in bathrooms. Accommodations were great, just needed a few more items available due to flying into Houston.

DISGUSTING

This place needs some work. The carpet was filthy, gross! I never took my shoes off. There are stains all over the walls. They need to be painted. The pots and pans were greasy so I decided not to cook while we were there. Nasty odors in the place with "plug ins" throughout trying to cover up the smell. Not happy.

Tech Townhouse

The host communicated well. This townhouse is equipped with technology from the fireplace to the garage opener. It was decorated beautifully with Nigerian art. It's a great home for tech savvy adults. I wouldn't recommend this home for a family with small children, even tho they loved the tech fridge to draw and play games on. Too many little unique pieces they can grab. It could have been cleaned better before check in. Plastic cups and bowls would've been a nice add for children to eat and drink out of. There is also a tv in every room. No backyard but there is a table outside. I loved most about this place was the location. It was close to everything I needed shopping wise. Whole foods, Sprouts, HEB, Aldi's, and a shopping area down the street.

What a wonderful place!

We were so pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the property. It was very nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. We were so lucky to have found this gem and will definitely return again when visiting Houston. We lived the upgraded smart refrigerator and it was great to have a private garage for our vehicle. Thank you very much to the host for being great to work with.
