The space
All essentials are provided by the host, including complimentary surprise treats and beverages (which may vary for each guest), coffee, face towels, bath towels, fingertip towels, makeup removal towels, fresh bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and comforters.

For your comfort, we also provide premium Dove toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We also offer optional premium services such as boat rentals for a relaxing day on Lake Conroe, as well as private transportation services upon request. Choose between a stylish black luxury Maserati SUV for special guests or a spacious black suburban for larger family needs.

Our transportation service is designed to remove the stress of driving, parking, traffic, and navigation—allowing you to sit back, relax, and focus on your plans, whether you’re house hunting, exploring Houston, or visiting popular attractions such as NASA Space Center, Houston Zoo, Downtown Aquarium, and the Museum District.

No additional guests or visitors are permitted on the property unless approved by the host at the time of booking. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
