"Someday Soon" Has Arrived!

If comfort and charm are what you desire, then Someday Soon is perfect for you! The island comes to life when you enter this villa and gaze out over beautiful Coral Bay and the BVI’S. Located on the Western Hillside, you will be delighted by wonderful breezes and stunning sunrises.

This bright and cheery 2 Bed/2 Bath villa, once featured on HGTV's House Hunters International, boasts spectacular views from every room that will take your breath away. The living room and kitchen are in the center of the villa with a bedroom and ensuite bath on either side. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have comfortable king-sized beds. The bright, charming décor of Someday Soon will brighten your mood, causing you to feel instantly relaxed and rejuvenated.

Someday Soon was completely redecorated and remodeled in the summer of 2016 to include new furniture both inside and out, fresh paint in bright, island colors both inside and out and new kitchen counter tops. In addition we created a new, expansive side deck, a covered back deck and upgraded the 20 x 10 x 5 pool.

Our On Island Coordinator and staff will ensure that your stay is comfortable and that your needs are met.

**ALL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS. THERE IS A FEE OF $25/PER NIGHT/PER ADDITIONAL GUESTS.

No refunds will be issued after 90 days prior to arrival day. Until 90 days prior to arrival date you may receive a full refund. AFTER THE 90 DAY PERIOD: If you cancel and choose not to reschedule, your monies will not be refunded ($500 deposit will be refunded.) If you cancel and wish to reschedule, the following applies: If you cancel an IN Season week and we can fill your week, you can apply your monies to an IN Season or OFF Season week. If you cancel an IN Season week and we cannot fill your week, you may only apply your monies to an OFF Season week, subject to owners choosing. OFF Season weeks may only be exchanged for another OFF Season week (unless you would like to schedule IN Season and pay the difference in rate.)

The deck and pool view were above incredible!!!We would stay here again for that alone. Communication was also outstanding answering questions about the island. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. Snorkeling equipment available for use. Also bug spray and suntan sprays available. Washer and dryer also available. A couple things to be aware of-the driveway is very steep and narrow as many places are on island. Furniture in main living area is in need of repair and updating. We couldn’t get TV to work to see updates on US crisis w/ Venezuela which was happening while we were there. We spent the majority of our time in pool or deck when we were here. As I said before……. Those 2 things alone were so outstanding that the rest didn’t matter to us.

The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets. Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything!

Quaint clean and comfortable

Wonderful stay that provided everything we needed for a great first time in St. John. Home was clean, and bed was very comfortable. A quaint place that we would come back to. Pool and view make this a special place.

A beautiful and peaceful escape

We loved our time here. The view was amazing. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Once you get the knack of driving around the island, the location is convenient to access the great beaches on the north as well as the southeast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

We spent 10 days at Some Day Soon and the property was exactly as described. The house is well maintained and had everything we needed. Wonderful views and rarely needed the AC. The Coral Bay is quiet and just what we needed.

Amazing Views

Simply, this place is perfect and in a great location on the quiet end of the island. Cindy and Gwen prepared us well for our trip and took care of everything. We snorkeled every day with our favorite spots being Haulover Bay (North) and Salt Pond Bay. There are several great local restaurants and we particularly enjoyed Aqua Bistro and Rhumb Lines in Coral Bay. You just can’t go wrong with this house and we look forward to our next visit!

Stunning view

The view is amazing. The villa was clean, but needs some updates. Kitchen and bathrooms are very tired. Refrigerator door is rusting, tile and faucets need updating. We enjoyed the pool and patio.

Nice view

This home has a lovely view. A nice outdoor space with great decking and a descent pool. The inside is tired...with broken lamps, towel racks, cupboard doors, etc. All that aside we enjoyed our stay. We had a front wheel drive rental and had no issues getting in/out of the driveway.

Just got back from a week in St John, Coral Bay. Someday Soon was the home away from home for our family of four. Cindy Humphreys let us know what to expect, and Gwen who managed our stay was personable and always available. The house was comfortable, had great breezes, but also air conditioning for the evening, a pool and two bathrooms. The location is just one minute up the 107 hill near Coral Bay, with several good restaurants nearby. Beautiful views and nice people - what more could you ask!

A Great Base for Your St. John Vacation

1) Fabulous location and view of Coral Bay2) Driveway was terrifying at first3) House comfortable but tired4) Needs new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and matching dishes, glasses, silverware5) Living room lights and fans did not work consistently 6) Tim was very responsive to our texts and questions7) Loved the many St. John beaches and hikes. All an easy drive from our house.8) The Calabash Market was a real find. Incredible Experience

We absolutely loved our stay at Someday Soon. The property was perfect and our hosts were excellent. Location, location, location. This place had it in spades. What a beautiful view all day. Easy drive to great beaches and just a short trip to restaurants and amenities. Perfect. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. Can not think of anything more we could have needed or wanted. Six stars.

Hopefully Again

Hopefully again is almost all we can say! Perched above Coral Bay looking out over the harbor counting the boats and taking pictures of the sunrise every morning was so relaxing. Perfect for 4 people and the owners family took care of our minor needs immediately! New bread toaster lol. All the bays for snorkeling and swimming were all within 15 to 25 minutes. Hiking trails were also close. Very glad we rented a Jeep for the ride around the island as it is very mountainous! Beautiful place, would highly recommend!

Fantastic Views

Our small group just returned from a great stay at Someday Soon! The villa is perfect for 2 couples; bedrooms flank each side of the living area which ensures privacy. The house was very clean and well stocked. Color choices were soothing. All 3 decks were used every day and each with spectacular views. Outside furniture was comfortable. Pictures do not do the home justice. The pool was sufficient; water temperature remained comfortable due to the pool cover (great idea and I do not know why it isn't utilized in other homes during this time of the year!). Cindy was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would definitely recommend Someday Soon!

Beautiful View of Coral Bay

Nice place for two couples. Lovely view of coral bay & beautiful sunrise everyday! Villa is a little tired but the view makes up for that. Dishwasher not working & tv firestick did not work. Host was quick to communicate during our stay. There were a few things we needed (one beach chair was broken, no extra paper towels or garbage bags) & they were delivered quickly. Nice amount of condiments left behind for use. Water is not potable so plan on buying water for drinking. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Minimal towels available, however, there is a washer & dryer. Pool is unheated but nice to cool off during the heat of the day. Goats were daily visitors in the parking area!

Paradise within Paradise

Our host Cindy was extremely prompt in responding to any questions we had. She worked with us in rebooking during COVID-19 until short-term rentals were allowed once again in the USVI. The view of Coral Bay from the covered back porch was absolutely amazing and so were the breezes in the evening. The pool was a plus after a trip to St. John’s beaches each day. We had the AC on in the bedrooms at night and had a cross breeze in the living room/kitchen during the day with the screened doors and windows. I don’t think we were ever uncomfortable. Would certainly consider staying there again if we returned with another party of four. Slept like a king in the king beds every evening and it was great waking to a sunrise over Coral Bay each morning. Our greeter, Annette, was very friendly and helpful with leading us to the villa. She answered all our questions regarding the villa and St. John in general. The local goats were a free highlight of our trip with their daily presence on the road leading up to the villa. Never were a bother except when they blocked the road one time, but the horn and an approaching Jeep go them to move. The pristine north shore beaches are not far away, although some of the best snorkeling (in my opinion) is in and around Coral Bay. Thanks Cindy for allowing us to stay in your villa and experience your little paradise within paradise!

"Slice of Heaven in Coral Bay"

We loved every minute of our stay at Someday Soon! We shared the villa with another couple while two other couples stayed up the hill at Casa YaYa and our time together on the Island could not have been more magical. We will definitely stay there again! We spent every morning and evening on the back patio enjoying the spectacular views as well as the stunning sunrises and sunsets in the comfortable chairs on the wrap around porch. This place tops our list of FAVORITE PLACES TO HANG OUT … EVER! Air conditioning in the bedrooms was not only heavenly, but a must while we were there. I can’t imagine staying somewhere without AC in the bedrooms. Someday Soon is cheerful with its tropical colors, and comfortable yet beautiful furniture (our bed was heavenly). The kitchen was well-stocked and worked great for our group. The place has plenty of helpful books and brochures, and the laundry facilities were a definite plus. Another bonus were the coolers and beach chairs, that we made use of every day at the beach And the pool after a day at the beach was the best place to hang out ever! Again … what a view! The Coral Bay location is perfect as well. Our dining recommendations: Skinny Legs, AquaBistro, Indigo Grill and Shipwreck Landing (Coral Bay). Beach recommendations: Maho, Cinnamon Bay and our favorite Trunk Bay Excursion recommendation: Pirate Girl Charters - Highly recommend we had a blast with Roberta! See you soon St. John! We will definitely be back!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Someday Soon. The property was exactly as listed. The views were outstanding! Loved waking up each day, having my coffee on the deck and enjoying the view. Loved our time on St. John!

Fabulous Getaway

We just spent 7 glorious nites @ Someday Soon. It had amazing views and great outdoor spaces with lots of chairs / loungers / 2 tables to be able to take advantage. The house had everything you could need or want. We brought our own snorkeling gear but there was gear there along with beach chairs /coolers / noodles. The only negative which is also a huge positive is coral bay is the quaint/ being out of the way. not having a lot of dining options. We came right at the end of the season so stuff started closing down. Make sure you get to Lime Out it was a fun experience for the entire family. I would definitely recommend having a jeep when staying on St John. Lots of windy , steep roads and the driveway is no joke. We were sad our vacation came to an end and definitely would stay here again .

Our first trip to St. John was for our honeymoon in 2016. From the moment we stepped off the ferry in Cruz Bay, we knew we found our special piece of paradise. From the pristine beaches, to the scenic hikes, to the delicious restaurants - St. John has it all.

We especially fell in love with the peaceful and beautiful Coral Bay. Where else can you start your day by watching the gorgeous sunrise behind the BVI and end the day by star gazing in the breezy Caribbean air. It’s perfectly situated so that all the best beaches, hikes, and Cruz Bay are within a short 30 minute drive.

St. John will always have a special place in our hearts. We leave the island feeling rejuvenated and refreshed and hope you feel the same!
