"Air Commando-Condo" Perfect Location in Clovis, NM

The Air Commando-Condo is located within walking distance to Rib Crib, Chili's, Buffalo Wild Wings and several other food chains. The Condo is equipped with updated smart technology including keyless entry, Smart Nest Thermostat and Hi Speed Fiber Wireless internet. This Condo is recently 100 % renovated and equipped for short term nightly rentals. This condo is the perfect choice for traveling contractors, PCSing Military Members and visiting family members as well as traveling nurses.

Guest will have access to the entire 2 bed 1 bath Condo. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans and several other items. including a coffee bar and crock pot.

I live out of state but have a network of cleaners, maintenance technicians and who can be onsite in minutes if required. I will be available by phone, text, email or through the Abnb app any time of the day and will be happy to help in any way possible.

Clovis, NM is a small town with about 40,000 people. Most residents desire to live in the North East part of town where our Condo is located. You are in the safest neighborhood in Clovis and walking distance to Golf, Dining, and exorcise venues.

Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at this location. The host is amazing and responds quickly. The unit had all of the features we needed and even some we didn’t (if you’re traveling with little ones, there’s a pack-n-play available). Without a doubt, if I’m ever in Clovis, NM again this is where I’m staying!!!

Comfortable for a Weekend

We were just in town for ENMU graduation & wanted something more comfortable than a hotel. This space was perfect for that.The bedrooms have ac units to keep you extra-cool at night, but the main ac unit just wasn't able to get below 74. Luckily it was in the 70s outside. It would have been uncomfortable in the heat of summer.The complex that the unit is located in was quiet, with kids playing in the shared front yard area & shaded. BYO chair & table.Also, Chilis & Dennys are a short walk away!

First I was given the wrong apartment number couldn’t get in until I called was given Apartment B and actual room was apartment D up an old wooden staircase that was totally unsafe to climb I am 70 years old The stairs were ready to fall over

Awesome condo at a great price. Super clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with all the essentials. The owner Lou is very responsive with any needs you may have. Highly recommend.

Great hotel alternative for Clovis NM Trip.

We were needing a place to stay for a holiday family trip to Clovis. This property was a great alternative to renting hotel rooms for a similar price and offered more space and a full kitchen. Convenient and safe location close to where we wanted to be in Clovis.

Great Property for Clovis week end!

4 adults and one infants spent 2 nights at this wonderful apartment. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The condo was neat and newly renovated with updated amenities. Coffee was provided along w filters and a pot for that early morning drink. Kitchen was well equipped w new appliances. Beds were comfortable and the new pack and play was perfect for our infant grand child. Location is close to restaurants, gas stations etc. Air conditioning and wi fi i were spot on. Lou was a responsive host getting back to us with Pre planning questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Lou!

While traveling Europe we commonly stayed in nightly rentals and thought one day we should get into the nightly rentals market. It's been rewarding hosting people from all over the US and World and being able to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

This property is conveniently located in the safest, most desirable area in Clovis. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and golf. It is perfect for a traveling contractor, nurse, doctor, military members relocating to our nearby base and family coming home to visit.
