Town center with pedestrian street, fashionable shops and nice bars reachable.
The ski lifts of the Alpe di Siusi, Seceda and Raschötz can be reached without a car.
The modern, spacious and very well maintained apartment has all the comforts for your family and friends. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright, modern kitchen and a cozy living room invite you to relax and get together. The hotel also features a small balcony and two private parking spaces available.

This is a lovely and spacious home, perfectly located in the center of Ortisei. It was convenient to get around and close to everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended staying here.

As advertised, this place was terrific. The location was very convenient to all three lifts in town which was a huge benefit for us as we hiked along all of them. The apartment is fantastic, beautiful view of the town and surrounding mountains, great kitchen seating area and the second seating area is just as good. Bettina was super helpful in identifying good hiking spots and places to eat. Highly recommend this place if you’re a hiker.

Our stay was excellent. The house is very large and very clean. Everything you need is there. It is very practical.The view is amazing and everything is within walking distance. The cable cars are nearby. We recommend to stay here.The hosts are really friendly and helpfull and give good recommandations for things to see and do. We love to come back!

Vi bodde i denna lägenhet första veckan i juli, och vi är så glada att vi hittade detta boende. Vi var två familjer (totalt 7 pers) och detta passade oss perfekt! Vi köpte liftkort för att vandra 6 dagar. Vi hade gångavstånd till tre av liftarna. I boendet ingick det även ett Val Gardena-kort med gratis bussresande och inträde till det stora badhuset i byn, vilket vi nyttjade varje dag! Vilken bonus! Värden var mycket vänlig och gav oss många bra tips! Huset är otroligt rent och fräscht! Rekommenderas stark! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Spring visit to the Dolomites

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The view from the apartment is amazing. The location is good and easily walkable to town, all of the lifts and many of the trails as long as you are ok with walking up a steep hill to get to it. Most apartments in Ortesei require a walk up hill though.

Amazing apartment in Ortisei!

Our family of 3 booked Norman and Bettina's apartment for 4 nights but almost immediately checked if it was free for a 5th night as we loved it that much. Amazingly, it was! It was a wonderful place to stay while we explored the stunning town of Ortisei. Checking in was easy and Bettina gave us lots of useful information for our stay. The apartment itself was immaculate and the photos don't do it justice. So spacious and relaxing! Bear in mind, you'll need to buy your own essentials like hand soap, paper towels, cooking oil etc. The unit is about a 5min walk to the main square via about 200 steps (we counted!) plus escalators. Going back home from the town could be challenging for some, as you have to go back up the 200 steps!The apartment is a great base for those who want to ski. Visitors also get access to free public transport. You don't really need a car to get around as everything is within walking distance.Overall, this was a fabulous stay for us and we would come back. Totally underrated and amazing!!!

This place far exceeded our expectations. We thought the place was nice when we looked at the listing, but it was SO MUCH better. When we walked in we were stunned with how nice and roomy it was. Everything was new, modern and super clean. Our host came to the apartment to greet us on both ends and was super sweet. She covered everything from top to bottom. The bus and pool passes are a great bonus. Like, we all felt like we could live in that place year round. The views are amazing and the place is perfectly situated in a quiet area. We would not hesitate to stay here again. This place is definitely top 3 all-time, and we VRBO quite a bit. Also, there was a covered parking space and extra space if you have more than one vehicle.

Bijna alles klopte in het huis. Je kijkt uit over het dorp. Mooie plek. Rust vlakbij de drukte in Ortisei. Ruime kamers en een prima keuken. Twee badkamers was ook fijn. Alleen in de tuin had een betere / grotere tafel kunnen staan.

Beautiful home in a lovely place

This apartment was spacious, clean, and had all of The necessary, cooking supplies for us to make meals for our party of five. We especially appreciate the shutters that would black out the light, and the outdoor furniture that let us enjoy the view over the village. We were able to walk to all three cable cars or railways that were available in Ortisei as well as restaurants and grocery stores. It is quite the hike back up the hill to the house. But the convenience of walking outweighed the effort of getting back to the apartment. The apartment is on two levels and is reached by stairs, so those with mobility issues might not be as comfortable. Bettina was a wonderful hostess, responsive and available as needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Very comfortable home base for our week of hiking in the Dolomites. The owners are very helpful and extremely accommodating. Quiet area so we were able to get a good night's sleep after our long days of hiking. We would definitely book again!
