K&N Properties, LLC was created by Kevin and Nora whose dream was to offer a true home-away from home experience at the Cottage on Chocolate in Hershey PA. The single-family private home is located within minutes of the downtown area, Hersheypark, and many other attractions. No details were spared in this modernly decorated home-away-from home. It has 3 bedrooms (2 located on the first floor), 2 bathrooms, first floor laundry, fully stocked kitchen, and an amazing outdoor space including a huge deck and private fenced yard with grill and outside games for the family. There is off-street parking for 3 cars. Come and enjoy a wonderful and relaxing stay after an exciting day enjoying all Hershey has to offer. We look forward to hosting you!

No details were spared in this professionally decorated home that includes 3 bedrooms (2 located on the first floor), 2 full bathrooms, first floor laundry, fully stocked kitchen, and an amazing outdoor living space that including a large deck, private fenced-in yard with grill and outside games for the family. There is also off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Come enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay after an exciting day enjoying all Hershey has to offer. We look forward to hosting you and your family!
