This beautifully spacious 4000 s.f. luxury home is tri-level and located in the guard gated community of Emerald Bay Estates. The house has four bedrooms, all with en suite baths. Open gourmet chef kitchen, Outdoor decks on every floor plus a heated patio. Full use of the home and garage, including a full gym off of the garage. The community offers 6 tennis courts, 3 sand volleyball courts,a community pool, close by mountain biking trails, basketball courts, community playgrounds, conveniently close to Laguna Beach village and Crystal Cove dining and shopping center.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic experience. The property owners were welcoming and wonderful. They were responsive, helpful and available. The house was quiet, a great location, well appointed and cozy. It was close to everything we wanted to do as well as shopping. We hope to return soon.

Paradise!

From the moment Linda made contact she made us feel welcome in her home. We arrived and she had fresh flowers, local fruit and wine to greet us. The house was gorgeous and sparkling clean! Everything for our perfect beach vacation and more were made available to us. Linda was incredibly gracious whenever we called with questions. From BBQ’ing to paddle boarding to s’mores on the beach and the relaxing feel from the cool ocean breeze on the patio, this amazing home was absolutely the best vacation home we have ever stayed in.
