The large 10,000 lot feels perfect to relax on the deck complete with Weber BBQ and Fire Pit Lounging area. The yard in summer is perfect for relaxing in the hammock over the manicured lawn under the tall shade of the pine trees or a great spot for a snowball fight or Snowman contest in the winter. This location off of Pioneer just a few streets Southwest of Ski Run Blvd is quiet and yet the perfect close to town location to go grab a delicious Gelato at the end of Ski Run Blvd at the Marina. Rent Jet Skis, boats or parasailing and charter fishing boats available all summer long. Or you can take a short drive in either direction and land yourself a beauiful spot on the best beaches in the California or Nevada sides - Round Hill Beach, Zephr Cove and even Emerald Bay are short 10 - 15 min drives away for summer fun, paddle boarding or water sports. The slopes that surround Tahoe are short drives away too! If you want to experience the numerous Mountain resorts other than Heavenly - Kirkwood, Sierra, North Star, Squaw Valley are all within a short 30 - 45 min drive to other world class skiing options.
