Spectacular balcony views, awesome complex with two pools and easy beach access. The condo has comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. When we arrived the condo hadn't been cleaned, but the owner was very responsive and had someone come right away to clean it. The unit needs some maintenance — coffee maker and dishwasher weren't working (hate doing dishes!). The Host said the dishwasher is being fixed or replaced next week. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Location was great. Beach was great. Beautiful view from the balcony. Place has super nice pools, shuffle board. Condo was nice, clean, had most everything you needed. Now for the bad, master bed is hard as a rock so if you like that you’re good, ring doorbell camera made us feel we were being watched, and the worst is the WiFi thermostat at first we thought it was just on a schedule but after a few days figured out it was definitely the host!! Remotely changing the setting to 74 degrees!! Would wake up sweating or coming back to walk in to a hot condo! We set it to 68 and randomly find it back to 74 at different times of the day or off cool mode later in the week guess he got tired of turning it back up so he would just turn it off!! Oh and my wife’s favorite thing is to crack a window at night so she can listen to the waves break. Not at this place bedroom windows do not open so if that’s a thing you enjoy too forget about it if you stay here. So good and bad here it’s a shame because the bad could be fixed pretty easy and make it a 4 1/2 star place.

So glad you enjoyed our place and sorry for your misunderstood troubles. I wish you had reached out to us, but we did not hear a peep. The host did not manually change the thermostat at all, but it is on a schedule to be warmer midday and about 69 at night. If you had asked we would have gladly adjusted it. Opening the window is discouraged for safety and also it would freeze and destroy the AC in the humidity.

A Bit of Florida Paradise

Craig and Cara have the perfect set-up for a fantastic Florida beach vacation! The condo has pretty much everything you will need...including sand toys for the kids! We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to visit again.

Property was clean and well stocked with towels, beach toys, and kitchen. The kitchen appliances are dated but all worked well. Beds were all comfortable. The complex is well taken care of and pool was very nice.

Vacation

Property was great, from location to town and the beach! Loved the pools and shuffle boards. There was some construction on property grounds and they were redoing a unit above us (but we weren’t in the room alot during the day) The only thing I wish the outside furniture was a little nicer or just some new cushions. Everything went very smooth with checking in and out. Would definitely recommend this property!

Memorial Day holiday

The property was just as described. The amenities were wonderful. We had all that we needed for days at the beach. The pool was wonderful. The property manager was quickly responsive to any questions, and we loved our stay. We would stay here again. It was safe, quiet and very peaceful for our family to enjoy. Lovely property and well maintained.

Overall great stay. A few negatives: Room didn’t get very cool - especially in master bedroom, no ceiling fans, and no coffee pot. Positives: room was clean and well stocked. Great ocean view! Owner communicated well. We love NSB!

FYI there is a Kuerig machine and we provide a variety of pods, which most people prefer to a standard drip machine. We also allow control of the thermostat which was set to 72. There is also a large floor fan on a stand.

Everything was run down, from the rugs (I rolled them up and stashed them) to the furniture to the non working tvs, 80s hairdryer, and scratched up teflon pans. Windows wouldn’t open and the shower was clogged. The photos must be old. I didn’t make a fuss until the WiFi became unstable, not even about the shower. But this was a working trip and I needed WiFi. The host ignored all of my messages. I had an international Zoom meeting and had to check out of the condo early so I could take it in Orlando. The view is beautiful but be mindful on the beach. There was a very creepy local man coming around during the day.

We work hard to respond to all issues and provide a great experience to all guests. Please note our other reviews. Angela Lovell was the worst guest in 5 years of hosting 2 properties and should be denied future stays at any property. She brought 2 small dogs unauthorized dogs that covered every surface, all linens and most of the furniture with pet hair. We replaced all linens due to allergies and paid signifcant cleaning fees. We were always responsive and offered a handyman to unclog the shower and check the wifi. She refused due to unauthorized dogs.

Right on the ocean with unobstructed view. The kitchen was very well stocked but if you are a big coffee drinker bring a full size pot Front door was temporary and had no sill or proper lock. We strive for an excellent experience for all guests. Carol stayed with us for a full month and said only that everything was great. We have professional cleaners who work very hard and do an excellent job. The primary bath was recently remodeled. There is both a Keureg and drip coffee maker. The front door was recently replaced and is still waiting for the new threshold. The door does have a proper and new $400 Schlage lock.

Our new favorite place!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The balcony was just awesome. Craig did a super job of answering our questions and taking care of us. We loved having coffee to start us on our vacation (and wine too!). Appreciated the labels on the remotes and elsewhere. We would have liked a king bed but competition for condos is tough in this area and we were just happy to sleep with the door open listening to the waves. Restaurants in the area are just wonderful. We enjoyed Norwoods, Aunt Catfish, C’s Waffles (close) for breakfast, Blackbeards, Flagler Tavern, and Boston’s Fish House. We simply did not have a bad meal or service. We hope to be back next year if we can find something in our budget. Oh, and having an assigned parking spot was great.

It was a nice condo. Definitely smaller than it appeared in pictures. The pools were amazing and really enjoyed seeing the ocean from the balcony. We had an issue with our AC one of the days. After a few messages back and forth the owner did get an AC guy out but it was the next day. He just had to change out the thermostat so it was a quick fix that day. There are definitely rules to abide by at the condo, wearing arm bands at all times and you only get two parking passes per condo but we were advised of that ahead of time. It was a nice family oriented place however, not a rowdy place at all.

Would stay again!

We had a great time, the property is in a Great location and had one of the best stocked Kitchens we have ever had. Pools are amazing, view from the balcony and access to the beach (there was some construction going on due to hurricane damage but signs and easily worked around). Laundry is not coin operated you do have to have the App but was very user friendly. Kids dishes were very nice to have, Nintendo my son thought was a great addition. Everything you could need for the beach and pools is there, plenty of towels for the 3 of us. The playground is not on site, you do have to walk a few blocks. The beds were clean and the place was surface clean, however the corners of the bathrooms had hair in them, under the beds were gross and had peoples leftover socks (we traveled with a 5 year old so he obviously looked). A lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we used them as they had a grease film on them. Communication with Craig was great, he addressed everything very quickly and answered any local questions we had.

Nice place but a few issues …

Overall-was a nice vacation but it could have been better if we had access to beach and an accessible sun deck and heated pool-all of which were not working and not mentioned in listing. Luckily-I did inquire about any damage from storm and was told about beach access issue so we were able to adjust our expectations and walk further everyday to get to beach. All other listings for this building do mention this and it should be listed here as well. The best thing about this condo was the balcony-great view but unfortunately at this time of year-couldn’t enjoy it long enough with broken light and darkness by 6 PM. This condo had most of the necessities but did not have more than one kitchen towel and a couple bathroom washcloths. WiFi was really bad for some reason as well. Hope these smaller issues get resolved because in its entirety-it could make a difference for future stays.

We were sorry to have damage from hurricane Nicole which temporarily disabled the beach staircase. Unfortunately this stay was during repairs and all future guest will have easy beach assess. Before and during this stay we had frequent communication so everyone was well informed. We were happy to answer detailed questions several times per day about all aspects of our home big and small. We work to have a kitchen that is fully stocked. However, we appreciate feedback from those with special needs whose vacations require large quantities of kitchen towels.

You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I have been coming to NSB for several years now. We love the area and Sea Coast Gardens is by far our favorite place to stay! We usually just book whatever room fits our needs for the week and we’ve never stayed in the same room twice (though they’ve all been great), but we will absolutely look at staying in this same condo again next year! The view of the ocean is incredible—we watched dolphins from the balcony everyday, and the sunrise from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo is exactly as it’s listed. and it was just as nice in person as it is in pictures! We did not leave the property once we got there and in the 9days we were there there was not one thing we needed that wasn’t in the condo! The master bed was very comfortable and my kids never complained about their beds! The owners of the condo have gone above and beyond to ensure that their guest have a comfortable and relaxing time and the “special touches” were just the cherry on top! I had communication with the owners several times throughout my stay (mainly just me asking questions about the unit and about the area) and they were always quick to respond and never made me feel like I was a bother! The property itself was always kept clean and with there being two pools at the property it never once felt crowded! If you’re on the fence about whether or not to stay here— I wouldn’t hesitate to tell you that you should just go ahead and book it… I don’t think you will be disappointed!!
