Vacation in style in this beautifully updated spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach condo located on the 6th floor. The unit is remodeled and decorated with all the comforts of a modern home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and his/hers vanity with a full-sized bathtub/shower. The guest bathroom has a queen bed and a private entrance to the guest bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart televisions. The galley kitchen has updated appliances and a stove with convection and air fryer settings. The living room contains a memory foam, queen sized fold out couch. The balcony is the jewel of this beautiful rental. It is large and spacious. Great location, one mile from Flagler Ave shopping. This unit has direct beach access. Vehicles are permitted on the beach. New walkway to the beach and renovated/updated elevator. The new pool is open!

This place was just amazing! I stayed at many places in new Smyrna Beach and this one was exceptional from start to finish. The building itself is beautiful and quiet. The grounds are immaculate. The condo itself was very clean very large and had everything we needed all of the kitchen supplies are well maintained in high-quality. We really enjoyed the balcony and scene the views from the kitchen and living area. The beach is a very short walk and it’s nice that we are further away from the larger parking areas on the beach. There also was a ton of nice beach supplies that we could use so we didn’t have to bring much. With all that said, the host were also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I cannot wait to come back.

This is a really nice 2 bedroom 2 bath that is decorated really great. The beds are super comfortable. The double glass doors going out to balcony are amazing as the view is outstanding and the balcony way larger than most.

A Hidden Gem

New Smyrna Beach is a hidden gem and this condo is directly on the beach. The condo has everything you need plus more to have a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting NSB. Some highlights of this condo are: it has a warm and cozy vibe, beautiful decorating, amenities, great location, and clear communication with the owner. Overall, very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boho Beach Condo in NSB. The condo was very nicely furnished, really the best furniture I've seen in the several beach condos we've stayed in over the years. I had a minor issue when we first arrived, and the owner quickly got back to me via phone and resolved the issue. I really appreciated the prompt response and care she showed.

Epic Stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. From the finely appointed unit to the proximity to downtown and the ease of parking. We had a memorable time that ended too soon! We will be back!

Amazing view!

The condo is very clean and organized. The decor is calming. The views are amazing and the beach was wide open. I wonder if it is ever crowded. I loved rocking in the rocking chair, sipping coffee, reading my Bible and watching for dolphins every morning. I am so sad to leave. I would love to stay here again. In the future.

Pleasant and Easy Stay with Terrific View

Stayed for a few days in February 2025. Previous years we stayed at a local hotel but this year wanted something with a little more space; hence our stay. We found the condo to be clean, well decorated, and adequately stocked with kitchen “tools.” The view out to the ocean is terrific. The deck is in shade most of the day and it was on the cool side during our visit, but still nice to sit outside. Elevator service to the 6th floor was without issue as was parking. Master bedroom mattress was a little soft for my liking, but still got a good nights rest. The fireplace is nonfunctional, but we were told that prior to our stay. Host was polite, friendly, and prompt when dealing with questions.

Family Beach Vacation

Great location with all the things we needed to make a great vacation for our family of 6. We had plenty of space to spread out when indoors. They had boogie boards for the older kids and sand toys for our little one, beach blanket, chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sun all day. The ocean out front was shallow and easy to play and swim in. We even spotted dolphins!! We were able to cook meals for the family and enjoy sitting down for a meal together. The neighbors were very friendly and the building was quiet. The only complaint was the master bed was quite soft and was hard to get a restful sleep. We would definitely go back here again.

Stunning beach getaway!

I chose this rental to be near grandson’s wedding preparation. It was so perfect, spacious, comfortable with a stunning ocean view from the open living space,VERY spacious balcony, and even the front bedroom! Communication with the owner was incredibly responsive via email, text and phone. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly, accommodating and generous owner. The parking at the condo is such a boost for the property. We were able to host a small post-wedding get together for our family, using the well-stocked kitchen for food preparation and serving. The pool wasn’t available, but almost finished while we were there. We didn’t miss it as the beach was so beautiful and easily accessible, that we would not have used it anyway. There’s a water station for beach sand removal right on the property so no trouble getting rid of sandy feet after the beach. The security of the property was exceptional, making me feel safe to arrive first in the party, alone and able to unpack. The elevator was a must for this upper floor condo, and there was a shopping cart for transport of multiple items from the car to the condo. Permanent residents were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this great, spacious condo for a beach trip in the future. It’s a very nice walk to Flagler Avenue along the beach. The decor was very nice, extra pillows, blankies for wrapping up on the couch, efficient AC… just 5 stars all around! Thank you for such a perfect accommodation for my family of four.

Beautiful condo

Our reason for booking was location but the very well decorated and set up condo was an amazing bonus. It was very roomy. The host was upfront about some renovations going on at property but it didn’t affect our stay. This place is so quiet and private. We would definitely inquire if it is available in the future. We loved it!

All accommodations 1st rate

Check in was super easy and in fact, was asked if we wanted to check in early. I have no doubt that once the pool and common areas are finished and repaired this place, I will come back to.

Perfect Condo and View

We visited our daughter for Thanksgiving. The condo had all the supplies needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Decor was very homey and comfortable. View is a dream come true. Will definately stay again for next visit.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and the views from the porch were amazing. They’ve had some issues from the storm last year. No pool or direct beach access at the moment. You have to walk two blocks to get to the beach. Would 100% recommend once those two issues are resolved.

Beautiful Views of Beach

The apartment is beautiful and located right over the beach (but no direct beach access) with a beautiful view. The apartment is very nicely appointed and stocked with everything one may need for a nice vacation.

Best vacation we’ve had in a long time!

This has by far been the best vacation! The condo is absolutely perfect and the owners have thought about every little detail! It’s right on the beach and the view is amazing! We will definitely be back next year! The restaurants near by are top notch as well!

Location, location, location

If being near the Ocean is important you can’t find a better location. Great views — it’s like you can almost reach off the balcony and touch it. The condo was very comfortable and livable and nearby to beach shopping, restaurant, and strolling.

Beautifully appointed beach retreat

Our favourite stay in NSB to date. The condo is very thoughtfully appointed, decor is high end, and there were lots of little extras not always provided for in a VRBO. The condo was also pristine, even the fake plants were all dust free. Beverly was incredibly responsive. We loved our stay so much that we’ve reserved again for next winter.
