Gîte in a set of agricultural buildings fitted out on the ground floor and adjoining the owner. It is composed of an independent kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, combined fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher), a living space serving as a living room-relaxation area, (wood stove, television, sofa), wifi connection, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 child's bed with bars) Wood stove. The washing machine is in an adjoining room. The garden furniture is arranged on the terrace, a barbecue is at your disposal. You benefit from a beautiful wooded environment, with a view of fields and horses, the children will enjoy the swing installed in the shade of the oaks. Independent entrance and private unfenced land at the cottage. On-site cereal and poultry farming. A high chair and a cot are available.
