Welcome to Lesperon, a village in the heart of the forest, for a vacation with family or friends in this beautiful half-timbered mansion. Very welcoming and spacious, the wooded grounds with their small river will be the starting point for your walks or bike rides to discover the Landes forest. And, for lovers of sun, sand, and waves, the ocean is less than half an hour away. Detached cottage on a large shared plot. On the ground floor, there is a fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, games room 1 bathroom with toilet 2 shower rooms, each with a toilet 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds, baby bed) Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with toilet and a sitting area on the mezzanine. Amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, limited telephone service, gas and electric heating, Baby equipment: crib upon request, high chair. Garden furniture, shared barbecue, terrace. 15,000 m² shared grounds (annual rental + another cottage on the same grounds with a 1,000 m² private area). Parking in front of garages only.
