House of 80 m2 (semi-detached on one side not overlooked) with terrace of 30 m2 and small garden to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located:
- in the heart of a village in the Landes, shops within walking distance
- 20 minutes from the beaches
- 15 minutes from Lake Léon
- 20 minutes from Dax
- 30 minutes from Bayonne
- 1H15 from Bordeaux

Bright house composed of an entrance with Wc, open kitchen opening onto living / dining room. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds + 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a spacious bathroom.

Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful terrace and a very pleasant little garden.

Close to the beaches and the ocean but also to the lakes and forests of the Landes, the house of Castets is ideally located.
Cycle paths nearby, ideal for your walks.

Access to the house in full. The garage is for storage use and does not allow parking a car.
2 car parking possible and free in front of the house.

The house is NON-SMOKING and must be returned clean at the end of your stay.

Despite our love of animals, due to damage, we cannot welcome them at home.

Please note that the rooms are located on the ground floor with stairs, the house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Eine gute Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, freundlicher Kontakt, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Ein Intermarché in unmittelbarer Nähe ist zudem sehr praktisch.

Très bien accueilli à l'arrivée, maison correspondant à l'annonce, Très bien aménagé, tout le confort et équipements nécessaire, grande terrasse avec pergolas, maison au calme.Grande surface a 200 mètres.
