Nestled in the 500-year-old historic Spanish colonial city of Old San Juan. The location is ideal for those looking to be close to the action in Old San Juan, located less than a block from the busy nightlife and restaurants of Calle San Sebastian and a short walk from El Morro Spanish fort.

As soon as you enter the villa an iconic design feature of the colonial architecture Old San Juan is famous for. You will see the living room has a large and comfortable sofa-bed and a flat screen TV. There is a dining room directly besides kitchen. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge, and everything you would need for an expended stay. Take the stairs and go directly to the bedrooms, one with a bathroom, one queen bed each. There is air conditioning throughout the property

I will have as much or as little interaction as you feel comfortable with. The same day of your arrival, you'll receive a long message which includes all the important check in instructions.

Staying in Old San Juan is a truly unique experience. The charm and character you will experience in the 500 year-old is one of a kind. This is a true walkable location with everything you need a short walk away. Renting a car is not necessary unless you are planning on road tripping. The villa does NOT INCLUDE PARKING ($250 FINE). There is a garage paid parking nearby.

The Old city has more than 500 year sometimes the water pressure is no good and can affect the hot water this is out of our control.
