LA FAUTE SUR MER South Vendée – Micro climate allowing plenty of sunshine between Les Sables d’Olonne and La Rochelle. Ideally located 200 meters from the beach and in the heart of the village, you can leave the car there and get around on foot. Pretty holiday home with a common entrance providing access to the main house and the bedroom upstairs.
On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto the terrace with lounge area (TV), dining room/equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker), a bedroom with a bed 2 people (140 cm) and a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and vanity sink, separate WC and a pantry with refrigerator. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and 1 double bed (140 cm). Access is via a staircase to climb. Outside, a courtyard accommodates garden furniture, awning, deckchairs, hammock and plancha for moments of relaxation + parking space for one vehicle. The garage, including the washing machine, can accommodate a small car up to 4.10 meters long.
