Cozy studio located in the heart of the historically hip Cooper-Young neighborhood. A quick walk to the best restaurants and bars that midtown has to offer. A few blocks away from the Liberty Bowl, and a 10 minute drive from downtown. You'll find this comfy studio to be the perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Memphis! Memphis Made Brewery - 0.4 mi City Market Grocery Store - 0.4 mi Overton Sq. - 1.4 mi Memphis Zoo - 2 mi Sun Studio - 10 min Beale St. - 11 min Graceland - 15 min.

The space
The guest suite is attached to another 2 bedroom Airbnb, but has it's own entrance and there are no co-mingling spaces unless you interact with people on the front porch. This space has been completely renovated to give it a fun, mid-century feel. You have a bed, small living area, and attached small kitchen with hot plate, microwave, and mini-fridge and all the supplies you will need to enjoy your time in Memphis.

The property is nice. Nice quiet street. They called me 3 days before check in to let me know about a cleaning fee that vrbo failed to charge. I had the option to cancel or continue with the reservation but pay the fee, by the time they called hotels were not available and I was stuck paying the out of pocket fee. It’s a shame this experience ruined the stay.

Walkable and Easy

Great location in the heart of Memphis, and perfect for being able to walk to shops and restaurants throughout the day. Easy check-in and check-out process and stylish spot.

Quaint Little Abode

They did a great job with making the house feel like a mini home. I would stay here again. I do not recall hearing noise from other guests in the other rooms in the house but note that each apartment is fully separated. The kitchen rug was a bit dirty but other than that the bathroom, kitchen, everything appeared to be clean. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay in a convenient location!

This is a great place to stay! As a solo traveler, it was the perfect amount of space and I think it would well for at least a group of two people as well. It was only a short (~2 min walk) from the main part of Cooper-Young and they had a really handy booklet/guide for other walkable attractions. The kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed and both were very clean and well represented! The bed was comfy and the AC was really easy to use and control. I could hear the other people staying in the adjacent unit, but it didn't really disturb me. I would definitely stay here again!
