Great Location Close to East Cobb Baseball Complex

Father and son baseball trip to East Cobb Baseball Complex and this duplex was perfect for us. Convenient to the ball park. Quiet street. Easy to get to everything in Marietta.

Quaint and Cozy

Overall, a nice little property. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5-stars is because the listing said “whole house” but is actually a duplex. Also, the primary bedroom was so warm my son decided to sleep on the couch because he was tired of sweating during the night. Oh and there’s also a rooster at the neighbor’s house. I couldn’t hear it in the front bedroom (primary), but my older son said he heard it in the back bedroom. Other than that, it’s a great centrally-located, cute little spot.

Perfect Location

We were in Marietta for a Perfect Game tournament. This house was in the perfect location for everything we had to do. The house was very cozy, we felt at home. My only complaint was the beds were too comfortable and I slept in too much LoL!! We would definitely stay again.

Good location for PG baseball tournaments.

The house was all you need if you are coming for a baseball tournament. Very centrally located. We played at 2 different complex’s. East Cobb is 15 min away as well as Kell Highshool. Titan Complex was 13 min. We also visited LakePointComplex and it’s about 25 min.

The apartment is spacious and open. The bathroom needed cleaning badly and the bedding had hair on it. There was a dog that barked constantly throughout the night and kept approaching us on the property. Other than that our stay was ok.

Good 2 bdrm duplex

We had a little hiccup when we checked in as the incorrect code was given to me but the owner was fast to reach & got our correct code immediately. There are some small things that could be added I have let the owner know about. He was very quick to answer questions. The neighboring houses don’t look the best but it was quiet the entire time we were there & had no problems. With it being a duplex, we also didn’t hear any noise from the tenants next door. I did feel safe as the ring flood light stayed on all the time. We made several meals with plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Both beds were comfortable & had closets with hangers. It was convenient to the interstate & minutes to Kennesaw for shopping & restaurants.

Quiet Getaway

First I would like to say the pictures were accurate of the property as well as former reviews. The property is located off an industrial street but minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Very quiet and peaceful. As stated in the profile, the property is updated, however the work quality is less than average, especially in the bathroom. The drywall surrounding the window is incomplete, leaving gaps. There was a residual film of cleaning product/dirt spotted on the surface of the bathroom vanity. Hair remained in the drawers of the bathroom vanity as well as in the creases and corners of the bathroom walls and floors. The bathroom appeared clean, but after closer looks, the cleaning jobs seemed to have been rushed, multiple times. The only mirror is in the bathroom, which was the size of a medicine cabinet mirror;but it would have been nice to have a [full body] mirror in each of the two rooms. Window shades were not measured correctly leaving viewable gaps into/out from the bedroom. Lastly, the Masonite backdoor, which is helpful with lighting, is probably not the best option as it relates to security as the lock is easily accessible. Overall our family gave the property a 3/5. I am confident with more thorough cleaning, addition of mirrors, attention/correction to construction patchwork and proper window coverings this property can easily be a 5/5.
