maison lumineuse et belle au bord du lac dans une station balnéaire privée. La maison est située sur un petit lac à l'intérieur de la station. La plage privée du complexe est située à 5 minutes à pied. Toute l'année, il y a toujours quelque chose à goûter ici .... café matinal sur le porche en regardant le lever du soleil, promenade au coucher du soleil au coucher du soleil sur les dunes, longues journées d'été ensoleillées et divertissantes, matchs de football dans la région à l'automne, restauration, région magnifique , en sirotant un chocolat chaud au coin du feu alors que la neige tombe à l’extérieur, jeux de casino, réunions de famille, escapades entre filles, vignobles de la région, regarder les saisons changer et la beauté que chacune apporte. Le plan d'étage ouvert est idéal pour les groupes mais il y a beaucoup de coins tranquilles pour se lover avec un livre ou faire une sieste. Non fumeur. * Pas d'animaux / Pas d'animaux de compagnie. * (Pas de bal de promo). Plus de photos sur demande. ** Location à la semaine uniquement en été. **

Family Friendly Stay

We had 3 families with kids under the age of 5 staying together and it was a great house to accommodate us all. We loved all of the amenities on the property and the sandy beach right at the house.

We had the most wonderful time at this property!! It was well stocked for the needs of our toddler (including bed rails as needed for twin beds), and for our large group of family. Tom was extremely responsive for the few issues we had. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location on Lake Kai couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Michigan City

This property is perfect for families. We were able to stay right next to the small lake located in the Beachwalk Resort. Our kids were able to fish from the sand and have awesome campfires. During the day we could visit Lake Michigan and the surrounding attractions.

This home is the absolutely the best in so many ways. The location is right on Lake Kai so all of us kayaked everyday. The pool is easily accessible as well as the local store. It was 1/2 mile to the beach, which is not much of a challenge. However, a golf cart would have been useful. The kitchen was large with an exceptional refrigerator. Getting to Al's was quick and easy to help us keep filling the fridge. Wonderful all the way.

Great location owner very responsive

The property could use some updating. Cleaning service left towels in dryer and dishes in dishwasher at our arrival. The private beach is great and good trade off for an older property. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again.

Family Reunion

This is a fabulous house! We loved having our own beach outside. The kids adored playing in the sand and there were even sand toys available. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The two patios, the bar area downstairs, and the fire pit were all put to good use and added so much to our experience. Lake Michigan is about a 10 minute walk away. The host was very nice and responsive to texts. This is a perfect house for a family reunion! Just a couple of things - the grill needed to be cleaned, and caused a grease fire when we were using it. Also, the house was somewhat undersupplied - not enough hand towels or washcloths, soap, garbage bags, etc. There were a few minor maintenance items we reported that I'm sure will be taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this house.

We loved the location of the house and the layout - plenty of space for our group to hangout. The house was in a quiet area with a great view of a small lake. Made for a great weekend getaway! Tom was responsive and quickly answered our questions.

Lots to do

We have extended family stay and there was so much to do for everyone! Kids ages ranged from 4 months- 18 years old and we were able to have plenty of space and enjoy the beach, the pool, basketball, park, fishing and kayaking! It was a further walk to the beach 15-20 mins so with all of the kids and beach things, we opted to drive the 6 minutes to Washington beach and pay the fee to park there and unload everything.

Great for large family gatherings

We had a wonderful extended family week. With 8 adults and 6 kids under 7 there was plenty of room and everything worked great. The host responded immediately to all questions and resolved a minor issue quickly. The location is perfect for families with kids given the small beach on the pond right at the house, large playground close by, and the kayak/shuffle board activity center 2 houses away. Fantastic experience and we would stay here again.

Hidden gem

We went to Michigan City with six couples. We had an absolute blast. This location is awesome. Short walk to the beach. Idyllic neighborhood. Spacious home. Tons of activities nearby. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would 100% recommend this house. We will be back.

Perfect for our large group

The Beachwalk Resort was perfect for our group and Tom’s house was just the right size. It didn’t feel crowded for the 15 people we had there for the week. Everyone enjoyed being right on the lake and having the small beach area in the back of the house. Tom was also very quick to respond when we had issues with the Beachwalk staff not being in attendance at the kayak/paddle board area. The walk to the beach from the house was reasonable. I would definitely recommend a wagon for transporting gear and small children, if you can’t get a golf cart. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Home

We absolutely loved our stay! Tom was always available to answer our questions and was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. What made this house so perfect for us was the private beach literally right in our backyard. The house had ample outdoor seating, sand toys, our own kayak, and fire pit. Easy walking distance to so many amenities- the pool, fishing pier, playground, and of course, Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay again. The perfect family home for adults and children.

Very nice stay

The house was perfect for our group with each bedroom beautifully and comfortably prepared. The beach on Lake Kai was perfect for the kids, and we enjoyed the amenities of the resort and closeness to Lake Michigan. We all hope to come back again!

The house is charming

This house had everything we could possibly need and was as charming as could be. Because of Covid we stayed in and prepared all our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Set up perfectly for a family with little children including baby equipment and toys. Right on the water with a large upper and lower deck. Perfect for any occasion.

Wonderful property!

This is a beautiful rental. Well-equipped from tasteful decor to plentiful dishes and fluffy bath towels. Appreciated easy communication with the owner. Definitely recommend!
