Ho trascorso una settimana a Posada con le mie figlie e la valutazione è assolutamente positiva: l'appartamento è nel cuore del centro storico, si raggiunge da una scalinata di ciottoli che la sera offre uno spettacolo suggestivo sul mare al tramonto. Unica pecca il trasporto valigie e spesa, ma la fatica è ampiamente ripagata. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti, parcheggio a pagamento, ampia spiaggia libera e zona attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini, mare meraviglioso. Il nostro host Rino è sempre presente e disponibile, ma non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla perché la casa è molto funzionale.

Molto bene ,tutto in ordine e pulito il signor molto gentile lo unico scomodo erano le scaline da fare da casa al parcheggio y molto caldo nelle camere c’era il ventilatore ma non rifrescaba la stanza poi dal resto tutto bene.

La casa si trova in centro storico a Posada e non in un quartiere residenziale da villeggiatura, per potersi viversi al meglio la vita nel paese. Inoltre da Posada si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le spiagge migliori della costa Nord Est della Sardegna. La spiaggia molto bella di Posada si trova a soli 20 minuti a piedi (in macchina neanche 5 minuti). La casa è piccola ma perfetta per una coppia, con tutti i comfort necessari e con un comodo tavolino da mettere fuori per poter mangiare all’aperto sulla vietta. Menzione speciale per il signor Rino che ci ha accolti con calore ed è sempre stato disponibilissimo per qualunque nostro bisogno.

Bene nel complesso

Pulizia: la casa era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, moka, asciugamani, lenzuola, tappetino doccia, phon, inoltre erano a disposizione anche tè e spezie e detersivi) Peccato che fin da subito siamo stati costretti a fare il triplo dell’attenzione nel lasciare qualsiasi cosa sul piano della cucina.. le formiche sbucavano da sotto il piano. Più volte ho pulito a fondo evitando di lasciare briciole e alimenti ma puntualmente le formiche tornavano; sono arrivate fino in bagno. Peccato! Posizione: per quanto riguarda la distanza dalle varie spiagge devo dire che la posizione è ottima, in circa 15-20 min puoi raggiungere molte zone diverse. Inoltre il parcheggio vicino al paese è molto comodo per lasciare la macchina.. invece, devo dire che raggiungere la casa a piedi non è stato il massimo della comodità, essendo la strada in salita e con un bel po’ di scalini. Gestore: Rino ci ha ben accolto, è sempre stato disponibile con noi a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della sera, nonostante i piccoli inconvenienti con lo scaldabagno (che inizialmente perdeva e impiegava molto tempo per scaldare l’acqua) e le formiche. Siamo rimasti solo un po’ delusi dalla poca trasparenza sul prezzo da pagare per la pulizia della casa (+ asciugamani e lenzuola) poiché sul sito c’era scritto che erano compresi e al telefono il signor Rino ci aveva precedentemente confermato ciò. Una volta arrivati in loco, invece, ci ha subito detto che dovevamo pagare 60€ per questo servizio. Ci è dispiaciuto perché non potevamo controbattere, in quanto la descrizione sul sito era stata cambiata. Ci è sembrato poco carino.

Una piccola casa confortevole nella atmosfera degli antichi vicoli del borgo.

Casa ben ristrutturata con dotazioni semplici e funzionali. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia del sig. Rino che ci ha accolto e si è reso disponibile e pronto a dare risposta ad ogni nostra richiesta.

un séjour mitigé

nous avons passé un séjour à 3 ados et un adulte dans ce logement : maison très petite en plein centre de posada, surement adapté pour 3, mais trop juste pour quatre personnes; lit- canapé en bas impossible de dormir.... le reste des literies est OK. en outre, l'environnement est bruyant: chiens, chats, clim des voisins, on est loin du calme qu'on croit pouvoir imaginer; c'est vraiment dommage, la maison en elle même est plutot bien, notamment l'étage; toutefois, l'équipement cuisine est basique, voire insuffisant (quatre fourchettes...); un réassort de la cuisine s'impose!; accueil satisfaisant de rino et du propriétaire ;

Eine ganz besondere Ferienunterkunft

Ich war eine Woche mit meiner Tochter in diesem schönen Häuschen in einem wunderschönen alten Bergdorf Posada. Das Haus ist klein, aber genauso wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Wer gern einen individuellen Urlaub macht ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Die Sitzgelegenheit vor der Tür ist perfekt, es ist sehr idyllisch und authentisch. Wir haben dort jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und unsere Abende dort beim Weinchen verbracht. Der Kontakt Vorort hat super geklappt, das Ehepaar aus dem Restaurant war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls seeehr lecker und es passte Preis/Leistung. Der Strand war uns fußläufig bei 33 Grad ein bisschen weit, wir sind mit dem Auto gefahren, der war zwar kostenpflichtig aber für uns war das ok. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen, die Woche haben wir uns jetzt fest eingeplant, allerdings könnte ich auch 2 oder 3 Wochen bleiben, so schön ist es. Was die besagte Hauswand betrifft, uns hat sie nicht gestört, ist eben nicht alles perfekt und das ist gut so. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht die Sache mit der Müllentsorgung vor Abreise, schade dass es nicht irgendwo noch Müllcontainer gibt

Süßes Stadthaus!!!

Waren ganz spontan für eine Woche in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es ist tatsächlich (wie die wir vorher in den Bewertungen gelesen haben) nicht "von der Stange" und kein klassisches "Tui". Dafür wird man mit einem super authentischem Haus inmitten des historischen Bergdorfs belohnt. Wir haben abends auf dem Kopfsteinpflasterweg vor der Tür unseren Wein getrunken und die italienischen Lebensart genossen. Auf nächstes Jahr!

nicht ganz überzeugend

Wir waren in den ersten 2 Septemberwochen 2018 in der Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zu Rino und Christel vor Ort war sehr nett und informativ. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, die Hauswand gegenüber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider haben wir einen Ameisenbefall gehabt. An Geräten war alles außer einem Radio da. Allerdings fehlen die Steckdosen an der Arbeitsplatte zum Betrieb von Toaster und Wasserkocher. Die Wohnung liegt günstig zum Strand (sehr schön) und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (der Tante Emma-Laden ist sehr zu empfehlen). Von einer ruhigen Lage kann man allerdings nicht sprechen. In der Nacht kommen die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft nicht zur Ruhe und früh wird man von der Müllabfuhr geweckt. In der Beschreibung wurde das Bad als großzügig beschrieben. Dem ist nicht ganz so. Die Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung sind wahrscheinlich sehr gut belichtet, so hell ist die Wohnung selbst bei strahlendem Sonnenschein nicht. Alles in Allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Originelle Unterkunft direkt im Bergdorf

Uns hat es gut in dieser Unterkunft gefallen. Es ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Rino ist sehr gut. Er kümmert sich um alles. Morgens und vor allem abends sitzt es sich in der Gasse vor dem Haus sehr angenehm. Wir haben dies oft genutzt. Auch wenn es uns gut gefallen hat und die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen würden, vergeben wir nur 4 von 5 Sternen, weil die Hauswand gegenüber gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Maison au coeur du village historique de Posada

Arrivée tardive (23h), nous avons été superbement bien accueilli par Rino le gérant de l'hotel Sa Rocca. Rino et sa femme sont très accueillant et prêts à vous aider si vous en avez besoin. La plage de sable blanc est à 20 minutes à pied, vous pouvez y aller en voiture mais le parking est payant ( comme beaucoup de plage en Sardaigne) La maison est située en plein centre du village historique ce qui rend l'endroit assez atypique. Merci Enno, nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez vous.

Einfach gut

Weg vom Tousimusrummel der Costa Smeralda habe ich das charmante Ferienhaus inmitten der kleinen Altstadt von Posada für meine Ausflüge über die Insel genutzt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, ruhig gelegen, mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Vom Schlafzimmer aus habe ich morgens den Blick auf das Meer genossen. Definitiv empfehlenswert - ich komme gerne wieder!

Kinderfreundliches Altstadtflair

Nach drei Wochen in diesem kleinen historischen Häuschen ist uns die Abreise wirklich schwer gefallen. Unsere Bedenken vorab, dass man keine Terrasse oder Garten hat, wo sich unsere Kinder austoben können hat sich als komplett unbegründet erwiesen. Sie haben einfach die autofreien Altstadtgassen rund um das Häuschen zu ihrem Spielplatz gemacht und waren immer voll beschäftigt. Der morgendliche Spaziergang zum kleinen Tante Emma Laden hat sich schnell als Ritual entwickelt, und dank der Überschaubarkeit des Ortes, sowie der Freundlichkeit der Verkäuferin, konnte unsere 6jährige Tochter sogar alleine den Einkauf übernehmen. Auch die Befürchtung, dass uns evtl. ein Pool fehlen würde, war unbegründet. Dank der tollen Strände und zauberhaften Buchten und extrem warmen Wassertemperaturen waren wir mit dem Meer mehr als bedient. Abschließend noch zum Haus, es ist klein aber fein. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (2 und 6 Jahre) war der Platz ausreichend. Die Kleine schläft noch im Reisebett, welches gut im ersten Stock am Flur Platz fand. So konnten wir die Couch eingeklappt lassen, was ein deutlicher Vorteil war. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und vorab sehr informativ. Fazit : Absolut empfehlenswert.

Freundliche Begrüßung, wunderschöner Ort

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Christel hat uns unser Ferienhaus gezeigt und uns einige Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts, was die Ausstattung anging. Der Ort Posada ist traumhaft und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für weitere Aktivitäten. Wir wurden sehr net betreut und bekamen 2 Wochen vor Anreise hilfreiche Tipps vom Vermieter. Vielen Dank für den herrlichen Aufenthalt.

altstadthaus mit Charme

Uns hat es sehr gut in dieser Unterkunft gefallen. Es ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Rino ist sehr gut. Gleich um die Ecke ist die öffentliche Terrasse von Posada, dort kann man abends sehr schön sitzen. Tagsüber in der Hitze ist es in der Gasse vor dem Haus sehr angenehm zu sitzen. Auch wenn es uns so gut gefallen hat und die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen würden, vergeben wir nur 4 von 5 Sternen, weil die Hauswand gegenüber gewöhnungsbedürftig ist (wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt) und das 1 Personen-Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer nicht wirklich komfortabel zum Schlafen ist. Alles andere jedoch ist super. Und der Ort ist toll. Die Strände wunderbar. Danke!

Klein aber fein

Es kann Anfang April auf Sardinie noch ganz schön kalt sein, aber die perfekt deutsch sprechenden Vermieter waren so freundlich und gingen auf unsere Bedenken ein. Wir fanden haufenweise Decken und einen Heizlüfter in der frisch renovierten Wohnung vor. Dass nachher das schönste Wetter war, umso besser. Wir haben uns jedenfalls rund um wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in einer kleinen Gasse in der Altstadt gelegen. Außerdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders haben uns die Einbauten aus altem Holz gefallen, das Bad ist hell und freundlich und die Küchen enthält alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Posada liegt wunderschön an der Ostküste von Sardinien auf einer Anhöhe, deshalb ist der Blick aus der Altstadt über den Strand ( weißer Sand und Pinienwälder) und die umliegenden Hügel auch besonders eindrucksvoll. Fazit: Wir fahren wieder hin und können das Appartement und seine freundlichen Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nach zwei Wochen in diesem zauberhaften Haus mussten wir leider wieder heim, aber wir kommen wieder ;) Das Haus hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer im oberen Geschoss und unten ein gemütliches Wohn/Esszimmer und das Bad. Alles was man braucht zum sehr sehr fairen Preis! Bis bald :)

authentisches, süßes Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Posada verbracht. Der Ort ist unglaublich schön und ganz verträumt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, dank der guten Lage im Ort und der idyllischen Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus!! Danke!

Lieben Dank! Wir haben zu zweit eine herrliche Zeit in Posada verbracht - nicht zuletzt wegen des tollen kleinen Hauses. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, weil es genau auf der halben Höhe des Ortes liegt. Soll heißen man hat den wunderbaren Ausblick beim Aufwachen und muss trotzdem nicht so weit zum Strand (und vor allem auf dem Rückweg den Berg hoch ;) Hoffentlich klappt es bald wieder!!!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem ursprünglichen Altstadthaus zu Gast. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Es war sauber, das Inserat und die Bilder geben die Eindrücke die wir hatten ganz gut wieder. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Rino!!

Uriges + gemütliches Häuschen

Schönes gemütliches Häuschen in einer kleinen Seitengasse. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Auf der oberen Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!
