Exclusive modern multi-level beach house in Rockaway Beach, Oregon. Sleeps 12 adults, 2 children. Features outdoor cedar sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and 2 fire pits. Just a quick 2-minute stroll along a sandy path from the backyard leads you directly to the beach. Pet-friendly with ample parking. Perfect for family getaways and coastal adventures. Your furry friends are also welcome to join your coastal escape.

-Four additional bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite.
-Primary suite features its own gas fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with a large jetted tub, providing a private retreat.

Family Amenities:
-Baby bath, baby monitor, Pack-n-Play with a mattress and sheets, high chair, and baby gates.

Beach Gear:
-Wagon, wheeled cooler, beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs, all conveniently stored for your use. Security:
For your safety and the security of the house when unoccupied, security cameras monitor the driveway and front yard.
There are no cameras in the backyard, hot tub area, or inside the house.

Climate Control:
Temperatures on the Oregon Coast rarely exceed the 70s. On warmer days, you can manage the operable windows and doors, bedroom fans, and window shades to your preference, allowing the cool night air to circulate as you sleep. The connection to nature on the Oregon Coast is a highlight for our guests.

Parking:
Parking is available for up to six vehicles at no cost. Should you have more vehicles than this, please be aware that you may have to find parking a few blocks away, as our street is private and does not permit on-street parking.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not strip the beds, the house cleaners will do this. Thank you sincerely:)
Please start a load of towels on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes in the house, please. No parties or events. No gatherings of 14 people or more. We strictly enforce this.
We allow up to 2 well behaved and completely housebroken dogs. There is a $200 pet fee for the additional cleaning required after your departure.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture including beds, chairs and couches. We provide a dog bed with a clean cover for each stay.

This property is the most well stocked house we have ever rented. Very clean, fabulous amenities, and easy access to beach. We were amazed at everything they offered. They also have a nice firepit which we used to cook smores, which they provided, for everyone. I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful place for a family trip!

This house was perfect for our annual family get together. It had everything we needed for making large, gourmet meals and the open concept layout allowed for everyone to be together even if we were busy doing different things. Highly recommend!

Our go-to beach getaway

This is the second time we've stayed in this gorgeous home. The house is amazing cozy for such a big place, and it is clean and quiet and very well-stocked. Amazing house and location!

The house is beautiful and well layed out for multiple families. We enjoyed all of what the house had to offer, outside and inside. The path from the house to the beach is perfect. Hot tub was lovely. Fire pit area was fun and we had an excellent place to set up corn hole by the house in the sand.

Great home

We loved our stay here. The house is a great size and perfect for multiple families. It was probably the best stocked home I’ve ever stayed in. If you have younger kids they have practically everything you would need. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. We would love to stay here again.

The Perfect Beach House | Clean, Cozy and Convenient

Great Value & Highly Recommended. The Whales Tail is Amazing -- perfect place to unwind and relax. We loved the location, a short jaunt to the beach which was very private and picturesque. The property has wonderful amenities like beach chairs, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and nice linens. The house was spotless and the hot tub was delightful! Perfect 10!
