The Property
Your vacation rental in Le Grau du Roi: Located in the heart of the village, this apartment will be a true favorite for those who love the "everything on foot" lifestyle. Just a few steps from the beach, enjoy its beautiful terrace facing the sea, perfect for spending convivial moments with friends or family. You can also enjoy scenic walks from the Mar e Souleu residence along the coast.
The apartment consists of an open-plan kitchen with a counter opening onto the living area. You’ll find all the necessary amenities for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, American fridge, and all the kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.
The living room is spacious and modern, featuring a non-convertible sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi. Each bedroom also comes with a TV. You’ll appreciate the calm and can rest in one of the two warmly decorated bedrooms.
Please note: The TV in the third bedroom is not connected to any broadcast or cable service (no channels available). It is intended solely for external use, such as connecting a DVD player, gaming console, or personal device via the available ports.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry area with washing machine/dryer and a separate WC.
Linen included: a set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged:
€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
