Villa Ingrid covers the area of 191 m2 divided on ground and first floor and consists of 4 contemporary bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons, ideal for groups of friends or larger families.

The ground floor is designed as a spacious and bright lounge area which consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, contemporary living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become open concept. Villa Ingrid covers the garden of the area 143 m2 with a beautiful covered terrace and outside dining table for enjoying diners using an outdoor grill.

Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and flat SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony with a partial seaview while one bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful seaview.

One of the highlights of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area with heated outdoor pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth) which uses electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard pool cleaning system. Charming well-maintained garden will provide a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool.
