Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please Turn off water. Trash must be taken to the trash binds. $300 fine from HOA if left outside. They have enforced this rule before.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash needs to be emptied at the dumpsters when leaving the property. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED.
