Condominio renovado de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en los populares condominios Ledges. Excelente vista al lago con visibilidad al canal principal. Esta es una unidad de acceso, por lo que no es necesario subir todas esas escaleras. La unidad viene completamente amueblada con nuevos sillones reclinables, sofá y camas. Una parrilla en la terraza permite a los visitantes cocinar mientras disfrutan del clima y de una excelente vista. El condominio también incluye WiFi gratis. El complejo Ledges tiene una ubicación fantástica en el centro del lago. Restaurantes, tiendas, golf, senderismo y supermercados están a solo unos minutos.

Maximum and minimum thermostat controls are in place. I can't believe I have to write this but do not use heat or AC with the windows open.
If you use the sunshade or open windows please roll the shade back up and close the windows before you leave. No throwing items off of deck.

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. There were no surprises. The condo was everything the pictures showed. The owners were very accommodating and anwsered all of our questions. It felt like home away from home. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Thank you for the opportunity to use the unit. All was well with the whole process! The only issue was the ceiling fans had dust that was hanging over the edges of the blades. They could use a good cleaning. Would consider staying at this Unit again. Thank you.

Beautiful and comfortable, easy access on 1st floor. Only 2 bedrooms, but has leather sofa and 2 comfortable leather recliners. Perfect for retired, elderly golfers. We had a pleasant trip with great accomodations.

Great location centered between 2 pools and the beach area. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items. Clean and comfy living areas. Quick responses to any questions and instructions for check in and out were very easy to follow. Overall great experience and will rent this unit again if I have the chance.

It was a nice and clean place! Comfortable furniture.The shade for the balcony was so great to have on sunny days. We wished there would have been a TV in the second bedroom like most places we stayed at have but it wasn't a deal breaker. Would stay here again!

Great Stay

Our stay way great! My husband and I traveled with two of our kids, 13 and 14 years old. It was the perfect size for our family. We particularly enjoyed the view and watching the ducks and turtles every day. The location was convenient for our teenagers to walk to either of the pools. I also appreciated the kitchen and accessible washer and dryer. I was able to wash softball uniforms and feed our family easily. I also appreciated the parking and front door access. We were able to have groceries delivered with no problems. Overall, I would stay here again if we returned to Lake of the Ozarks.

The condo was very comfortable and in a convenient location. Only negative was the upstairs neighbors walking heavy late at night, but a loud fan helped.

At the Ledges

Had a great stay ! A few things to address, I may be wrong but thought there was a grill pic. in the listing no grill. Might let folks know the dishwasher is broke before they load it. And you might try darker shade of carpet next time. All these are small things tha and the only negative from a wonderful place to stay.

The property was exactly as presented. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful deck overlooking the lake. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others looking for a nice place to stay in the area. Great value for the price!

4 Senior Golfers

We are 4 senior golfers who enjoy getting away for golf, good food and a comfy condo. One of the golfers sleeps best in a recliner, so the 3 beds and comfy recliner works well for our 4 man group. Thanks to the owner for all your help.

Girls Trip 2024

This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at this condo. love the fact that this is on a level that doesn't require going up or down stairs and is perfectly located between 2 pools and the lake. It's very clean and has plenty of seating and beds. The bed in the master is one of the most comforting beds I have ever slept in.

Girls Fall Trip

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved not having steps and parking close to door. Beds were comfy and the unit was decorated nicely. Wish it had a grill on the deck. Because of disabilities, it was a struggle to take the bar stools off the bar and bring the dining chairs from the kitchen to the table. It also would be nice to have instructions for the TV remotes. Other than that it was very nice. Thank you!

Great location with no stairs! We had a wonderful time and the property worked very well for our group. Only con and wouldn’t be for all people was the carpet….lots of spots. This would NOT deter us from staying here again though!

When renting from us I want you to know that this is our only property. You have my undivided attention. I'm not some big property manager that wants to get you in and out and move on to the next person. My only goal is to make sure you have the most enjoyable vacation possible.

The Ledges has what I believe to be the best location on the lake. You're never too far away from anything. It's also the most popular complex on the lake and one that my family has been vacationing at for years.

This condo has everything you could want. It's got the lake front views from the deck. It's a walk-in unit meaning you won't have to walk up or down several flights of stairs to get to the unit. It also has everything you could want or need in the surrounding lake area. Give this unit a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.
