Un logement bénéficiant d'un emplacement de rêve... avec de sérieux écueils cependant.

Le logement est spacieux et parfaitement équipé pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. La literie est de très bonne qualité et les rangements nombreux. Le logement domine la plage. Quelques écueils sont cependant à relever qui ont assez négativement impacté l'experience : - l'arrivee d'eau des WC était cassée (réparée sous 24h) et des WC centraux de la résidence eux-memes condamnés, - remontées d'odeurs de canalisation obligeant a une aeration quasi-permamente. - Quelques marques de manque d'entretien courant : Spots lumineux HS, WC déscellé du sol, portes ne tenant pas fermées, très faible debit de la douche, -logement rangé mais très poussiereux, - Wifi indetectable dans une large partie du logement, - Quelques pièces coupantes de zinc (intervention recente sur toiture?) retrouvées dans les graviers du parking pouvant blesser des pieds ou pneus.

Toller Ausblick, gute Lage, Wohnung soweit ok

Der Strandblick aus der ganz oberen Wohnung "Louis" war einfach nur klasse! Leider war der Balkon nicht zugänglich, da er wohl gewartet werden muss. Eine Glasscheibe verhindert den Zutritt. Die Wohnung ist groß. Küche und Bad waren ebenfalls ok. Es besteht aber hier und da ein Wartungsrückstand (z.B. lies sich der Geschirrspüler von uns nicht starten; eine Abhilfe erfolgte trotz Hinweis von uns leider nicht). Das WLAN war nur an einigen Plätzen in der Wohnung brauchbar nutzbar und zeitweise extrem langsam. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zurück haltend. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Gastfreundschaft gewünscht. Parkplätze waren hinter dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden.

Quelle vue!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Seul bémol, un bruit de ventilation assez fort. Superbe emplacement en bord de plage, avec 4 restaurants dans les environs. Pour la boulangerie ou les courses, il faut aller jusqu'à Plougasnou à env. 7 min. de voiture. Il n'y a rien sur place malheureusement. Possibilités de prendre le bateau pour l'île de Batz au port de Diben à 3km de l'appartement.
