Upstairs: 4 bedrooms: (1 160x200 bed) (2 90x200 beds) and 2 adjoining bedrooms: one with (1 140x190 bed) and the other with sloping ceilings (2 90x190 beds) has its own bathroom (sink and toilet) , another bathroom (walk-in shower). Garage with table tennis where you can store your bikes and beach equipment. Terrace of 30 m², independent veranda of 8 m², landscaped garden of 250 m². Parking in the enclosed courtyard of the property or in front of the house. 500 m from the village of Louannec, in a suburban area, this large stone house has just afforded a nice renovation to welcome you comfortably with family or friends... The owners have invested a lot in the development of the house by favoring quality materials and personalizing the decoration...and the result is successful! They have a pleasant surprise in store for you and will introduce you to their kind tenant: Dame Tortue! children will love it but will have to respect its tranquility... The tree-lined garden will be conducive to moments of rest and relaxation. To discover the coast: it is ideal: you will reach the beach of Penn an Hent Nevez just 1.3 km away. Magnificent panorama also while strolling at the Nantouar lighthouse... Hikers will be delighted: the GR 34 on site will take you to wonderful spots... 5.2 km from Perros-Guirec, 10 km from Lannion and 18 km from Tréguier. La maison est très bien aménagée, spacieuse et on n’y manque de rien. Elle est très bien située. À proximité directe de Perros. On accède très rapidement aux chemins de randonnée. Mickael est un hôte très sympathique et très arrangeant.Nous étions 5 dans la maison et c’était vraiment très agréable

Gîte kerlucun , idéal en tout point de vue !

Accueil bienveillant, gîte magnifiquement rénové ! Nous avons pleinement profité du terrain clos ,le gite est vraiment calme et proche des sites touristiques . Nous avons passé un séjour à 7 pers ,les espaces de vie sont bien réfléchis pour que chacun trouve sa place. Un accès au phare de Nantouar avec sa plage de Galets est possible en quelques minutes du gîte .Et pour finir, une jolie et attachante tortue a fait le bonheur des petits et des plus grands... Je recommande vivement le gîte de Kelucun et nous serions partant d'y revenir.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, calme et reposant. La maison propose une décoration soignée et est très bien équipée.
