In the resort Capo d'Arco, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, natural garden, 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, private beach, tennis (extra), beach volleyball, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant, bar, table tennis. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3.3 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 13 km, sandy beach "Brigantino" 500 m (small). Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 5 km, Capoliveri 11 km, Rio nell'Elba 13 km, Portoferraio 18 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Guarded residence. Additional accommodations can be booked. Guests can use the swimming pools (sea water and fresh water) free of charge except the use sunloungers and umbrellas (extra). Cette location a des points positifs: au calme, dans un cadre verdoyant, une terrasse agréable sur le toit, la climatisation. Points négatifs: le prix du ménage est excessif (80€) et l’appartement n’est pas d’une grande propreté. Un accueil très rapide et pas d’explications données. Une qualité de literie moyenne. Les transats de la piscine sont payants et la réglementation y est très stricte (pas de bouée gonflable, pas le droit de sauter du bord, pas le droit de poser sa serviette où l’on veut: uniquement dans des espaces dédiés, à l’ecart de la piscine...) et des surveillants qui sont là pour vous rappeler à l’ordre au moindre écart. Difficile de bien profiter dans ces conditions.

Casa ben arredata dotata di tutte le.comodita'. Mangiare sul balcone o la terrazza con vista sul mare e i giardini della.struttura ne aumenta il valore! Molto bella le piscine e la spiaggetta!

splendida elba!
Casa ben arredata, con tutte le comodita' Bella vista sul mare dal balcone su cui si mangia comodamente in 4, in alternativa la.terrazza piu ampia. Appartamento all interno della struttura di capo d'arco, perfetta per piscine spiaggette e servizi. Una vera oasi di pace! Unico neo le spese di pulizia! La quota a persona fissa a prescindere dal periodo e' un po' fuori mercato...
