Sehr schöne Lage am Wasser. Liegen und Sonnenschirm samt Terrasse sehr gepflegt.Leider das 2. nicht klimatisierte Schlafzimmer separat außerhalb der Wohnung. Ebenfalls das 2. Badezimmer ohne Dusche oder Badewanne. Parkplatzsituation schwierig. Preis - Leistung passt bestimmt.
