Welcome to Island Time and enjoy your own tropical oasis here in Palm Beach Gardens! This 4BR, 2Bth home was designed to create your private island getaway with spacious outdoor areas to swim, grill and relax under the sun. We are located in a quiet residential, centrally located community close to Dining, Shops, Parks and Beaches. We are local hosts who care about your vacation and are excited to host you!
The space
Our tropical Gecko “Larry” will greet you at the front door. From the moment you walk in you will know you have arrived to your Florida vacation home and will be greeted with the Florida beach décor in every room. Enjoy the 2 extra-large and comfy couches for you and your guests to enjoy. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for your stay. Large Dining room table for you and your family to enjoy.

Walk out of either of the 2 French doors and WELCOME TO PARADISE! Featuring a Tiki Bar and a 50” outdoor TV that you can watch from the Pool as well as an outdoor grilling area. Enjoy the large soothing Saltwater pool that is gentler on your body, with large pool deck and plenty of seating for the entire family. After a long day at the beach or pool day, soak it up in the extra-large heated jacuzzi. Keep an eye out for our local wild parrots while you're enjoying the pool. You will see all sorts of colorful birds. At the end of the night enjoy the beautiful stars while you roast marshmallows and create your very own smores station at the fire pit.

There is something for every family member and your four-legged friends at Island Time!

Enjoy a round of golf at one of the best golf courses in the country. Deep Sea Fishing, Boat rentals, Diving, Snorkeling, Shopping, Turquoise blue beaches, Jupiter Lighthouse, Waterfront dining.

Great location, near church, grocery stores, pickleball courts, and just a short drive to the beach!We had a house full of 8 adults and had plenty of space. Large table allowed us to play games every night all together!

The site listed a hot tub. Hot top looked like it hasn’t worked in years. The overall experience was fine. Building was clean with no major issues. 4th bead room is actually a remodeled garage.

I reserved this house specifically because of the jacuzzi listed- both in the title and also in the home description. Upon arrival, I realized that the Jacuzzi was empty, I texted to find out why it was unavailable. I was advised that it hadn’t been working for a long time and they were not sure why the listing still showed it as part of one of the features (as they thought the listing had been updated). I asked if they would consider giving me a partial refund since that was the primary reason I chose their property. I was told that they would get back to me, and several days after I’ve returned home, I still have not heard a word. Otherwise, overall the house and outdoor space were both very nice. The pool was not ready for use (needed a good vacuum of small debris), but the weather was too cool to enjoy it anyway. House was well supplied with things like toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent, etc.

Island time was heaven

We wanted vacation we could just sit and relax and have everything at our fingertips. This place was absolutely perfect. Short distance to beaches and entertainment, but really we just pretty much stayed there we had everything we needed. I’d go back there again!

Perfect Family Spring Break Getaway!

Such a great home in a perfect location…easy drive to Roger Dean Stadium, quiet neighborhood, and lots of great restaurants nearby! Home was well furnished and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great and very clean. My family loved grilling dinner while the kids were swimming so we could all enjoy the beautiful weather! Host was so responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Lovely and Clean Home in Palm Beach Gardens

Loved the house and location as it was just outside the gate of Ballenisles Club where our friends live in PGA. The house was well equipped, very clean and the host was great to work with on all or our needs. While we were there during a cool snap, the hot tub was a huge hit with our friends. First annual girls getaway with my daughters!

This property was perfect in every way! Lauren was easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond to the few questions we had. The house is absolutely beautiful with a wide open floor plan and well equipped, modern kitchen. It is very close to restaurants and grocery stores and sits in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We split our time either relaxing by the salt water pool or visiting one of the many convenient beaches. It was so hard to leave, but know we'll be back!

Short winter vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is open, airy, clean and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi and tiki bar are exactly as pictured. The grounds are very tastefully decorated with a lot of privacy. It had a very "islandy" feel! The neighborhood is very quiet, yet close to everything. The only thing our hosts couldn't give us was the sunshine! Maybe next time!

The house was just the right size for a family of 6. The pool and hot tub were great. We weren't happy with the beds. They were too small (not queen) and squeeked! Ours even fell apart twice.

Relaxing and well-appointed Palm Beach Gardens home

We very much enjoyed our stay at Island Paradise. Palm Beach Gardens is a great area near our family there and in Jupiter. The house accommodated 2 couples and 2 kids perfectly because it's' a 3-BR/ 2BR and one of the BR has twin beds. The Living Room/ Dining Room/ Kitchen layout was open, so it was great for hanging out. They had a bonus game room, which we used as well to get away from the group at times. The outdoor area was awesome with the pool, hot tub, grill, and seating. Our host was very responsive when there was a mechanical issue with the hot tub, which she fixed and partially refunded while we were there. Overall a great experience/ value, highly recommend!

Fantastic stay over Christmas 2022

This property was clean, bright with an open floor plan. It was perfect for our family of five. They had everything g we needed including g towels, beach chairs and things for the kitchen. Laura was wonderful with communication and responded quickly! She was sweet enough to have two beautiful Christmas trees set up when we arrived. Pool and hot tub were great! We did use the fire pit since it was chilly for several day! We will definitely return the next time we visit family!! Thank you!!! Heidi

Convenient Location

Location was perfect. Close to beaches and anything you could possibly need out there. Communication with hosts was easy and direct, prompt responsiveness, had absolutely no issues. We would definitely recommend this property 100%!
